Horrible service. From the time I walked everything was NO I asked to speak to someone in regards to ordering a cake for my daughter’s 1st Birthday!!! I was told no because they didn’t have time..I then asked would I be able to make an appointment for a better time again I was told no they didn’t have any appointments available. I was told to leave an email address and they would get back to me with pictures on what they would be able to do and now i received a call instead saying again NO they wouldn’t be able to do our cake at all Lol Because they would be out of town. I knew that was a lie because a friend of mine who actually referred me here is also getting a cake made that same day. To be honest I believe it’s because I am African American and they just didn’t want service us at all there was No welcome feeling from the time I walked in. I never experienced that type of treatment. Anyway I took my business to The Bayareacakequeen. Where all customers are welcome and all are treated equally and with respect and do Amazing work. 1 star because I couldn’t leave a review...

I’m very disappointed. I am a resident of Tracy who is currently stuck overseas due to COVID-19. Its my father in law and brother in laws birthday and I called inquiring so I can have something made for them this weekend. Not only was the person who answered the phone rude, but they hung up TWICE. I called a total of 5 times. 3 went to voicemail and 2 were answered and somehow disconnected. Even when it’s through email, the response from this company is unprofessional! The key to being successful esp with a business like this is to be courteous to ALL of your customers. If you’re not able to accommodate or you want to refuse your service then say something so I can find another bakery in town that will be more than willing to take my money. Our wedding cake was simple yet elegant. It took us awhile to choose which flavor we wanted because while cake tasting there were just too many delicious option to have. The price was fair and honestly really glad we didn’t have to spend a fortune for our cake because everything else for weddings are expensive. Our cake was a beautiful 2 tier, very moist and flavorful. We had the raspberry cake with lemon mousse filling. For the half sheet we ordered was chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling. Really glad the bakery is in our hometown that we can always order our cake for our anniversary or if we just miss it. They decorated it with fake flowers and cake topper I had bought, the staff is super nice and patient with all the questions I had. Highly recommend them for cakes...
