Starbucks — Restaurant in Tredyffrin Township

I’ve never written reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today because I’ve never experienced such kindness at any other establishment. While driving with my pup and boyfriend to get our Sunday lattes and pup cups, my car started smoking and stalling in the drive-through lane. As we approached the window, we explained the situation and had to pull around to the parking lot since we couldn’t wait in fear my car would get stuck in the lane. In a state of distress, I rushed inside to grab and pay for our order before addressing the issue with the car. The staff was incredibly kind and reassuring, comping our entire order and sending us well wishes for our car. Unfortunately, my car had to be towed, leaving all three of us stranded in the freezing cold, waiting for a ride and the tow truck. Despite the inconvenience, we managed to stay positive with a smile on our faces, drinks in hand, knowing that there are still people who care about others in this world. I discovered Starbucks when I worked for them in 1996 and 1997 while and graduate school and while I do love their coffee drinks, I have found that both the quality and the service have been grossly affected since the 90s and so I have made the decision to Support local from here forward unless I get something like a cookie for my children which they love. Like any conglomerate, the bottom line became too large and they really became too stressed out trying to serve so many different types of items and I wished that they would get back to basics. I think people would still frequent them very much. The prices are a bit ridiculous as well five dollars for a double shot with a little bit of steamed almond milk is wild. And I will always pay cash because I never want to see the tip option again. As they get busier and busier as well, I’ve had many incorrect drinks made over the years which has been tough And a couple of different baristas become argumentative, which is just ridiculous.

This is my close one near my hometown. I really liked starbucks moving from paoli station because I can use drive through service. However I am disappointing their morality. They have been deceived sell stuff to me in these days. I love cold brew coffee. I have been only ordered a cold brew coffee when I go any Starbucks since they sell a coldbrew. So in this starbucks, they thought I can not distinguish a cold brew and a Ice coffee. They gave me a Ice coffee instead a cold brew. At first time, i thought they ran out cold brew coffees or labeling mistake but it was not. They still cheat me to give ice coffee for 3times more.
