I feel as though this location has had its share of "growing pains" and that they have navigated them successfully, whereas other locations I've been too still have a long way to go. It's common among chain stores like Primos that don't pay well, employ young kids with little to no work ethic, have low morale, and require weekend work. That being said, the Paoli location was a breath of fresh air....
I patronized this location twice over the summer. I called once on a Sunday afternoon; polite teenager answered and told me my order would be ready in 15 mins. My travel time to the store is exactly 15 mins and when I arrived sandwiches were as I had ordered, and all worked out well. In and out in 3 mins.
Most recently, had a coupon good for either the Wayne or Paoli location, called in for 3 sandwiches on a Sunday, failing to mention the coupon(didn't know it had to be mentioned prior!) arrived minutes later, told the guy about the coupon, he seemed initially annoyed by it, but realized it was an honest mistake that I didn't tell him about it when placing my order and he still used it and applied the discount. I was very pleased both times at this location. 2 for 2 so far.
I worked in that area for years (no longer do!) and never set foot in that store or even knew it was there and generally go to another Primos location closer to where I live, but this spot seems to have it together more...

I walked into an empty shop a little after 1:30, reviewed the menu and placed my order for an Audiablo. The employees appeared to be going about their tasks in a relaxed way, probably because their lunchtime rush was over - no big deal. After I place my order, I went and sat to the side to watch TV while I waited. After a couple minutes, I snapped some photos to upload to Google (timestamp 1:40).
A couple other customers come in and order. At 1:52, I notice one of the other customers that came in after me got to sandwiches and was sitting down to eat one. I ask, what gives? "Oh well, yours is cooking now and takes a lil longer. We'll call your name when it's ready." Fine. By 2:02, I had enough waiting and go to check on it again. Oh, there it is, sitting in a bag on the table behind the counter.
Are you serious? Took over 20 minutes to make a sandwich and then when it's ready, you don't tell me even after I've had to check on it?!? Just... wow.
Sandwich was fine, but caked in onions. I like onions, but no one likes that many onions.
Tl; dr: call your order in ahead of time unless you don't have anywhere to be for the next...
Read moreNo star for these guys. We are a business within their delivery area. EVERY SINGLE TIME we call for delivery they give us a hard time because they have other delivery's. They want you to order 24 hours in advance. Do you order your pizza for delivery 24 hours in advance, NO! There shouldn't be a we do delivery on their website and there flyer if they really don't....they said first to make sure we call before 11, so we did. Didn't matter , still got a hard time. We always place a delivery order in excess of $100. They don't care. We love their product but not with the price we have to pay with every order of getting a hard time. Unfortunately after all this on the phone they sound like they just don't care---they have got other orders so who cares about false advertising or your...
