My husband, my daughter, and I were traveling from out of state. We were in a rush, but stopped here to get a bite so we can take our medications that require that we take them with a meal. The brother behind the counter was very professional and pleasant. He made sure our orders were generous and he even gave us free drinks. The price is great for such delicious food with good portions. I also liked that he asked us if we wanted it spicy. I often have to tell establishments that sell ethnic cuisine to please spice it like they would at home because they make it mild for the American palate, but sometimes I forget. I was not feeling well this day and I forgot, but the brother asked us if we wanted it spicy. He doesn't know us, but he picked up on the fact that we are well acquainted with the authentic taste of the cuisine. He also gave us some tips about Trenton and the surrounding area as we're considering moving there. Our server, Ronni was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and making excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, but what really made our experience stand out was the outstanding service.

The staff were prompt and efficient, refilling our drinks and clearing our plates without us having to ask. They even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely touch.

Shout out to Gyro express for serving me and the family with the best food in Trenton. I came in the other day and I gotta say they're chicken over rice to their soups is beyond delicious. I love their customer service the guy at the register was very friendly and treated us like family. My family and I ordered almost everything on the menu, I had the privilege to taste most of their food on the menu and damn it's so good I'm planning on going there this weekend all the way from queens NYC. I love their white sauce and since I'm allergic to eggs they're white sauce is like heaven to me. I'm definitely gonna grab the monster platter with chick pea soup on the side and some lentil soup on my next visit, I tasted that on my last visit and have been craving that for a week now.
