The only positive here was the waitstaff, who were genuinely kind and doing their best to be attentive. Unfortunately, everything else really needs improvement.

First, the cleanliness. The restaurant didn’t feel well-maintained—there were water-stained and broken ceiling tiles, worn-out booths with no springs, and a women’s bathroom floor that looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. A cleaner, fresher atmosphere would make a huge difference.

Next, the food. The tacos, with absolutely no flavor, were buried under clumps of cheese and far too much sour cream, which completely overpowered the chicken. On top of that, there weren’t any authentic Mexican-style taco options, which was disappointing for a place that calls itself a Mexican restaurant.

Then, the guacamole. This was supposed to be an appetizer, but it was brought out AFTER the meal, without chips, and was so watered down it didn’t even resemble fresh—or even store-bought—guacamole. My family and I couldn’t stomach more than one bite. To their credit, the staff did refund us for it. However, what a disappointment in a dish they claimed was fresh.

Overall, while the staff were decent, the food, atmosphere, and presentation just weren’t there. With some changes—cleaner surroundings, more authentic flavors, and better attention to detail—this place could...

Unplanned stop = big mistake. We were traveling and were hungry. Usually, we like to try local (non-chain) restaurants. The BBQ place right next to this place was busy and we didn't have time to wait. That is how we ended up here (these guys were not busy at all = there was a reason). Let me tell you, this is the worst Mexican food we've ever had. Coming from NW Florida, we are truly spoiled by an authentic, delicious, very fresh Mexican food. We didn't like anything we ordered here (except for maybe the "cheese dip"). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who values good quality, authentic...

Located on the square that’s very interesting and We had the Tex Mex fajitas minus steak (just chicken and shrimp) was perfect. My wife and I shared the fajitas for one and had plenty. With the chips, salsa and cheese dip. Our Waitress “Maylee”was very courteous and informational about the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Will definitely be a place we will eat every time we come to town. Would have post a photo the food but we ate it up and nothing was left on the plate. We also had a waiter that helped us at the end of our meal names “Z” he keep our cups full and was very curious.

Thank...

We were on a little sister trip for my sister's birthday and on her birthday we were staying in a cabin nearby. She wanted Mexican food for her birthday and we looked at our options. She picked this one and we got takeout to take back to the cabin. The food was delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the cabin deck and enjoying our food. I got burrito Durango and it was great. We would certainly return to this place.

Wait service were polite. They at least played some Mexican music. Not enough decorations to give it more of a Mexican vibe though. Their cheesey rice was the best. If you go there, definitely get that. My Husband did like his Carne Asado, but it did not come with rice as it does in most restaurants. No marhgaritas, but if you like beer, they have it.
