Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Trinidad

This has been a really bad sonic for at least the last 3 years. They do not know how to cook the burgers they don't know how to make the tea it's always too sweet or not sweet enough. Corporate just does not care about this place at all. they're too busy sitting in their little square offices with no idea what's going on. Sonic's all over are going to hell they don't hurry they don't know how to cook the food they don't know how to serve the food Sonic is not my favorite place anymore. It's become a gamble to stop at Sonic you don't know if they're going to be good or bad so I give up!!!!! You people in the corporate office really suck!!!!! You have all this money and it takes you forever to get anything accomplished or fixed. It shows that you do not really care about customer satisfaction and it seems like you'll give a franchise to anybody. Wake up corporate maybe you guys should be on Undercover Boss so you can realize how much of a terrible job You guys are doing. My boyfriend ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, tots, & a slushy and I got some mozzarella sticks, tots, and a slush as well..the male server brought out our food and drinks exactly as we wanted and he did so in a very swift manner. I was driving to Houston from Colorado Springs and I wanted a bite to eat before I got some shut eye at a nearby rest area. It was around 11:20 p.m. and originally I was just gonna go to McDonald’s that is literally around the corner from this Sonic..just because it was late and I figured nothing else would be open in a small town like this. Well, McD’s advertisement online and even the store hours sign on property read that they didn’t close until 12 a.m., but upon driving up to the speaker box and menu in their drive-thru, an automatic recording said that they were closed. (It was still only 11:23 p.m.) Funny how that worked; that is what led me to go to Sonic. I’m actually very pleased that I did because it was well worth getting turned down (essentially). The Trinidad Sonic gives Sonic’s name a horrible name and wrap. We experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had!!! Pulled in and sat at the tables to order with my family. Waited 10 minutes with the “to order light” on. Man walks up who has definitely been there before from across the street and clicks the light next to us to immediately get service. Walked up to the window to try to find someone to talk to. No one looked up. Waited even longer to even get someone to walk out and talk to us. Someone walked out and said there were issues, but no one came to help. Found another person sweeping and asked her if we could order and she blatantly ignored me and walked off while I was talking to her. All while at least 5 cars who came and went through the drive through and at least 7 cars who came and left who parked to order. I don’t recommend anyone to stop here and waste their time on the worst customer service possible.
