McDonald's — Restaurant in Trinity

So, food wise this McDs has fine food. My order was correct. I didn't wait long. I rated this 3 stars because 1) I've never ordered instore at a kiosk, so I didn't know the order would be placed on the counter and I'd have to go look at the number. After it sat there for a few minutes (not knowing it was mine) an employee asked if we had _ number and I said yes. She threw the bag on the table with a lot of frustration. I figured everyone has their off days and it's whatever. 2) I noticed that while getting a lid, the dispensers had rust in the corners of the dispenser with condensation. This makes me question how clean the ice machine is if they have to clean it. 3) I'm not sure if the bathroom shared by the gas station is the McDonald's, but there was rust EVERYWHERE. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There is rust all over the trash can next to the women's toilet and very little soap. Also both times I went there was no paper towels. And 4) Once I finished using the restroom and returned to my table, I was standing at the table asking my group if they were ready to leave and an employee started MOPPING MY FEET. I apologized profusely, but she didn't say anything. Just kept mopping my shoes and around my feet. She could have said excuse me. I didn't see she was mopping the floor at all since my back was turned to her. We got the hint that she was irritated and I'm guessing they were getting ready to close the lobby? It seemed pretty early but I took that as my queue to leave and we ended up eating in the car.

I'm sorry if she was having a rough night, but the dinginess of the restaurant was something I couldn't look past. This location has now been nicknamed Tetanus World by our friend group. 😵‍💫 Won't be eating...

The “manager” Tonya is rude as hell. Not only to customers but employees as well. She has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, and personally I’ve never experienced something as appalling as I did in this location. I work in customer service myself, and I personally believe an attitude like that has no business being behind a counter let alone in a management position. The employees definitely do not deserve to deal with that for hours a day. The employees were amazing, kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. Get rid of that woman before she kills their spirits. All she seems to do is scream at people. SMH. Will not be returning.

Edit to add 2 weeks later: I returned today and was beyond surprised with the new general manager-Candace. Beyond friendly, when I asked for something extra on my coffee she replied “don’t apologize we work for you” she seems so much better than the last “manager”. I hope she stays at this locations the employees and locals definitely deserve the experience I had today. 🫶🏻 shout...

Worst McDonald’s I have been to. I witnessed them take a huge loss because no one spoke a lick of Spanish. The guy ordered in English as well after they couldn’t under stand him he asked for 10 sausage biscuits and they gave him 10 biscuits without any meat! All the workers are in the back chatting away having a fun time, which wouldn’t be a problem if any work was being done. I ordered my girlfriend a simple chicken McMuffin and they gave me a crispy chicken McMuffin with cheese. It doesn’t even show it has cheese on it. The manager then proceeded to be rude to her and offer no help because, as they said “tell her she has to pay for it because, we are not taking another loss”. This place needs new management. I do not normally believe in someone loosing their income, but based on the reviews I have seen this is the same morning manager that is always rude, yelling, and cussing people out. Completely...
