As a loyal customer who brings business to this establishment, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE LUNCH SPECIAL THAT WAS ADVERTISED BY ELLA MAE’S FACEBOOK PAGE ON 7/25/25 WAS NOT HONORED. The post did not specify that the special was one per person and when tried to order 3 10pc specials they told me no. Then changed the advertisement to read per person. That fact that they changed the advertisement while i was standing there is diabolical! I have ordered from there 8 times in the last 2 months,They have lost a real loyal customer. Online ordering was super easy and convenient. When I arrived, I was greeted by an awesome lady. My food was hot and seemed fresh. My only issue is that I ordered Wing Dings and that is not what I got. I ordered those due to the quantity and size, but got a note in my bag that said “no wing dings.” I wish I were informed ahead of time because I didn’t get enough wings to feed everyone I orders for, and if I wanted wings I would have ordered them. My husband and I drove over from Indianapolis 8/23. We placed an order with friendly and helpful staff. We waited a very reasonable amount of time while listening to a lovely smooth jazz mash up, playing on the television. The bathroom was in good and tidy order.
