This is best restaurant in Troy Alabama I been living in Troy Alabama all my life in Foxcroft Apartments Hurricane Opal hit 1995 and we would eat here and College Life at Troy Alabama Troy State University Sweet Home Alabama and those coupons come in handy we just had a Torando and my beautiful friend Laticia Hobdy work there Carmeta Wheeler Jackie Shipman are real close the food is so delicious the coupons are a blessing getting the family deal is awesome the dining room is so beautiful and the best thing about Captain Ds you know you can always make sure you get box of huspuppies or breadsticks and okra and fries only I love the fact Laticia Hobdy was the best customer service and I love her relationship with Misty Foster and you have a option to get alot of Fish the chicken tenders are my favorite too and that honey mustard and I love seeing that you have variety of different sides to choose from Mary Hobdy works there Laticia Hobdy Aunt and the fish I love the crab cakes and extra tarter sauce and I always get alot of food for my self and a gallon of sweet tea from ther and I love this restaurant its next sonic but I don't eat Sonic Food Captain Ds you enjoy getting the fish and you can get the vinegar packet I love the fact Laticia Hobdy been there since high school and the fish is fresh and I only buy the big family Platter for my self and I love the fact this resturant is the best and her team members are beautiful i love this place and you can go and grab enough fish just for myself and the best think about Captains Ds is the Family Dinner it's so delicious and the best thing about it I love a the fact you don't have to have coupons the menu is still the same the food...

First, I love Captain D's, but this one lacked a lot. The employees really acted like they didn't care!! I ordered the broccoli soup and the girl did not even know how to ring it up. I had to ask for a spoon and there were NO crackers of any kind. The broccoli in the soup was HARD as a rock!! They were crowded in the lobby and drive-thru. I patiently stood at the counter waiting to pick up my online order. The cashier IGNORED me and waited on 3 other people (that came in after me) while I was standing there. As I was waiting, I noticed another employee getting trash from the bins, then immediately waiting on customers w/o washing hands or using sanitizer. It took about 25 minutes to get my online order.
