I live in Troy. I always order from this location. Never had a problem I don’t know if they change ownership or what but last night, August 12th I ordered Detroit style pizza. It was made all wrong. There was no sauce on top. It wasn’t cooked the way I wanted to. I had two reward pizzas when I got to the store. I heard the person in the back saying that they didn’t see the pizza on the computer 10 minutes later the same person came up and said your pizzas are not on the computer. Do you still want them? First of all yes I want them. That’s why you order it , second of all why did take you 10 minutes to ask me that? Horrible service pizzas were all made greasy and wrong. I will never go back to that...

The guy/boy with the baby blue wedding band (lol) had terrible customer service. He was what seemed to be pissed off because my boyfriend called to change an order he had just placed online. When I came in to get the pizza he didn't make eye contact with me, pretty much tossed my pizza at me and had an extremely rude manner about him. You shouldn't be working with the public if you can't handle something as simple as an order change. It's like the money is coming out of this douche's pocket or something. Try avoiding 'baby blue' or just this Hungry Howies at all costs if you want to be treated with little...
