Olga's Fresh Grille — Restaurant in Troy

I love Olga's but I always find this location very stressful. There are no waitstaff to place your order with. You have to order at the counter, get a number thing and sit at a table and wait.

The problem is that the line at the counter gets so long you don't have enough time to order and get lunch in an hour. The last time I visited I waited 14 minutes just to place an order and finally just gave up completely and went next store to eat lunch.

I only have sixty minutes for lunch and I will be avoiding this store only because it can take so long. I don't understand the lack of waitstaff because when it is busy service here is broken. You will not be able to order or get your food in a timely manner. If you were sat and had a waitperson you could avoid the line at the front of the store altogether.

Don't get me wrong, the food and customer service here is great; it is the way it is set up that is completely broken. You have customers and food delivery services fighting for attention at the front counter at the same time and it just slows things down to a complete halt. It is super stressful for both customers and staff.

I love Olga's but I'm going to avoid this location as a lunch spot in Troy. I will probably also avoid any Olga "Fresh Grill" locations because of this issue. ...

I love Olga’s food. But I’d give this ZERO stars if I could. Came here a few weeks ago, our waitress Aby (avoid her if you can) is by far the worst waitress I’ve had. The place wasn’t busy at all. She had my table and someone else’s. She came by about 3 times (just to take our order, give us refills once, and give us our bill). Those 3 visits from her took about 15 minutes each in between. She went to the other table multiple times and didn’t even give us a look. Ridiculous. We only got one refill the whole night because she decided not to do her job correctly. Slowest worker I’ve ever seen.

So my girlfriend and I give this location another try. And we get Aby again. Figure we’d give her another chance. Bad decision. Took her about 10 minutes to come by to see what we wanted to order. WE ARE THE ONLY TABLE SHE HAD FOR THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE HERE. Beyond frustrating. Asked for a simple task of more aoili sauce. 10 minutes later, still haven’t gotten it. Finally comes back, and we had to ask again. What’s so hard about that? No excuse when we’re her only table. She doesn’t deserve a job here. Please do yourself a favor, and get rid of her. Disgrace that I even have to pay for this due to beyond...

Placed a carry out order by phone at 5:25 and was told 10 to 15 minutes, I arrive at least 20 minutes later due to traffic where there were customers in there waiting as well. The girl at the counter was pleasant as I paid for my order she said it would be out in a few minutes. Everybody that came in had to wait and it sounded like they were having a party in the kitchen. There were at least 3 employees including the mgr that I saw back there yelling screaming and having a good ole time. Having fun at work is great but to be as loud and unprofessional that they were is ridiculous. My order finally came out 40 minutes after I placed it, I looked in the bag as I walked out and noticed they did not put in the extra cheese that I paid for, went back for that and also reorganized my food in the bag that was thrown in sideways. Get home to eat, bacon was not added to one of the sandwiches that I paid for and they changed the fries to some gross coated oily crunchy things. Snackers seem to be thinner than before too. It is a shame that this place has turned out to be like this sering it is on my way home to pick up. Will never return to this location. Hope we can find one that is better...
