So I had tried to reach out regarding this. Unfortunately, nobody ever answered, so I am sharing my feedback here.
When I last got takeout, it was before 8:00PM (order placed at 6:30) and the person working there tried to tell me they were closed. There was an issue with the system or something so my delivery order was pickup, even though there was no pickup time attached to my receipt. I didn't hear word until I had called. I said I would come and get it. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from the same place asking if I would be getting my food. I got there at about 8:00PM, I picked up my food. They forgot to give me my drink, I went back to get it, and despite being an hour before close, the person working there had shut the lights off and locked the door. Listed close time was 9:00PM. When I got back home, the wings were barely cooked, and the Bambino Bread was not fully cooked, either. It was a miserable experience and I used the website to try to reach out about it, and get a refund for the drink and tip but nobody ever reached out back. I'd get a refund for the whole order, if I could.
-Never gave me a pickup time or let me know my pickup was ready, food cold as a result, which I could understand if everything else didn't happen -Didn't get full order because the person there was eager to go home and locked the door as soon as I was out -Wings & Bambino Bread were undercooked -No response from customer service on website. I've been coming to you guys for years, this is the only bad experience I ever had, but when it rains it pours I guess. Been coming here 8 years, but I don't think I'll ever be coming back since it doesn't seem that I'm valued as a customer at all. A cold pizza or pickup I could forgive, but geeze, folks- you dropped the ball here in every way...

We used to have a Papa Romanos near my house growing up, so I grew up with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza! When it closed, I was sad. This location is further away and does not deliver to our house. The other location is close to my husband's work, so we have purchased from there a couple of times and it is just not the same. I decided to write this review because most times when I go in to pick up, it is the same guys in there. I like that and I think they deserve to be recognized for creating superior pizzas to the location down the street. (At least from our experience) And to the lady who gave a one star review for not tipping. I'm sorry, I have to comment. Shame on you. If you can't afford a tip, then you should not be getting it delivered, period, not debatable. It is not the driver's fault you don't have the money. Make yourself a PB&J and wait until you can tip, or don't order. Props to that driver for her standing up to people like you. I hope her boss secretly gave her a high five. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife ordered a large cheese pizza, a desert pizza and cheese bread with sauce and a ranch, which the kids love. We had the food delivered, and it was ok. The wife and kids loved it. I was not particularly hungry, so I had a couple of slices of cheese bread. The problem came in that we did not receive the ranch. My wife called and spoke to someone not sure if it was a manager or not. He said that they do not give credit, the reason the credit thing was asked for was because they said will not be sending the driver back out for just a ranch and what do you want him to do about it. Yes, it is only $1.50, but it was not our mistake, and we paid for delivery of all our food we paid for and tipped the driver. We also live very close so he could have delivered it or the money later on in the evening.
The next day, the owner called me and apologized for the way the employee handled the issue and said it was basically a training issue and it would be rectified and he wanted smooth over the mistake in any way he could. I just said add the ranch to our next order, and thank you for addressing the situation. Originally, I rated the service rating a one-star, but since someone reached out to us to address the issue, I bumbed it up to 3 stars. Thank you for taking the time to...
