This is for the Trumbull location where the coffee is roasted freshly and often. I can't do this business enough justice with just a review here on Google. You'd have to go for yourself in person and purchase a bag or 2 of this amazing coffee. There are many roasts and origins to chose from and the staff there is absolutely fantastic with how you're treated and they take time to answer any questions you might have. Although limited with the suppliers that grow certified organic, Shearwater manages to provide excellent quantity coffees that are organic at a price that is very competitive. However, the most notable achievement is the perfecting of the roast of each crop by trial and error. For example, the dark roast of Papua New Guinea is incredibly smooth while providing rich aromas typical of the region. There are many micro-roasters that simply focus on supplying quality coffees that brew a satisfying cup, and this is definitely one of them.
