Hello, First off before I get into my issue, let me start by saying that we are long time fazoli's customers and we also have children that work fast food and are in customer service, so we are always cognizant of how we treat service industry workers we encounter.
What I experienced today however was upsetting and totally without cause, hence why I am reaching out to you.
This evening around 9:15 pm I visited the drive thru of your location in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
When I pulled up to the order board, I asked for the Family Meal. The woman on the other end of the speaker asked if I wanted the one that serves 4 or 8, to which I asked "which one comes with a pizza?" she verbatim replied "the one that serves 8", so I proceeded to order the meal as planned.
When I got to the window she stated the price was $58 and took my phone to pay. Afterwards my wife called me as I waited in the drive thru and asked why I was paying so much for what we always order (she saw the transaction come though our bank account), so I asked the young woman working the window "shouldn't the meal cost $40 and then $6 extra because we bought 2 family sized sauces?"
He first response was "our deals have changed and your probably thinking of our old price", so I pulled up the menu online and showed her and she then replied "Oh its probably because you added a pizza", confused, I replied back to her "when I ordered, you asked if we wanted the one that serves 4 or 8" and that's when I directly asked "which one comes with the pizza" and you replied "the one that feeds 8".
She just sat there for a moment looking at me with no response, then finally said verbatim "I mean you want the pizza or not?" I said "that's not the point, im confused as to why you said it was included and its not, I ordered based on your direction". she then said "I cant do nothin about that, I mean what do you want?"
I was shocked, but then replied "I'd like to speak to your manager".
She clearly didn't like this and turned around, closed the window, said something to the older lady inside the restaurant and then yelled for the manager in the back.
I than sat in my car for 14 minutes, without her looking at me or a manager coming to the window, however she kept her back to me and talked with others inside while I waited for both my food and the manager. 14 minutes!
At the 18 minute mark I was still unacknowledged and by then a storm started to roll into the area.
Now at the 21 minute mark the power suddenly went out in the area and inside it went dark for a moment, but then the backup lights came on. I noticed several people started coming from the back and all congregating around the counter talking to each other (one of them had to be the manager), yet still I sat waiting with no food and no acknowledgment from the manager or the girl working the window.
Finally at 25 minutes past my request to speak to the manager, the young girl came to the window with my food and simply said "We are going to have to deal with this later, our power is out" almost shoving my food out the window into my hands.
Frustrated but still polite (unlike the worker), I asked for her name, to which she replied "IM NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME!" and then shut the window and turned her back as she continued to speak with the 4 other workers still hanging around the counter.
I sat in the drive through for an additional 5 minutes to see if she or any of the other workers would come and speak to me, and at this point, not surprisingly none of them did.
After this, I really cannot believe the behavior of the worker or by extension the manager as I presume whomever that is knew I was waiting and had no care to speak to a customer that just paid $60 at their...
Read moreI am, or was, a regular customer at Fazoli's until today. This is what happened. Today 09/21/22 at 5:20pm I pulled into the drive through and ordered a Chicken Pesto Rotini. They thought I said Fettuccine so they charged me $8.99 for the Fettuccine then had to cancel it saying that the $8.99 should be back on my account in 3 days, but I doubt it'll be that easy to get my money back. They then charged me $9.99 for the Chicken Pesto Rotini. When I got it I noticed that the green Pesto sauce was missing so I brought it to their attention. One girl asked the cook if he had added it to the Chicken Pesto Rotini and he said yes. I then told her that I don't see it. She then assured me that they sometimes put it under the cheese. Another girl gave me a weird smile and I drove home. When I got home I put some black pepper on it and began digging into it only to find that the green Pesto sauce was in fact missing which made it taste bland. I included pictures of both the food and the recipes from both...
Read moreFriendly staff 5 stars and I'd have tipped them but there is a no tip policy per their website. . Alfredo with chicken (real bacon & broccoli just the right size pieces ) 3 stars as the spaghetti noodles were poorly drained. Tilted my bowl sideways and there was so much water, I know it wasn't the sauce as I had gotten a small container on the side which was thicker as it should be. I had put half of my Alfredo in a to go box as soon I was served as I knew I couldn't eat it all. After 15-20 minutes the box had no liquid on the bottom. As much as I hated to I returned my bowl of Alfredo and asked for 1/2 a serving replacement . The replacement was much better 4 stars as the noodles still hadn't been drained as well as they should be. My husband had a sub that looked great and he really liked it (better than Subway). Great bread sticks! I will go again but will try a baked dish. Terrific prices Imho $24 for chicken Alfredo with salad , Italian sub, a coke and an Italian ice and a strawberry...
