BEWARE!... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Woman operating the ordering speaker was extremely rude. First, when I pulled up to the speaker, I heard nothing for about a minute, and then the woman said “Just a minute and I will be with you shortly.” I said “okay, that’s fine.” Then she said “go ahead with your order whenever you’re ready.” I said, “please give me a minute.” Then she immediately said, “okay... go ahead with your order.” I repeated myself and then repeated herself. So, I felt rushed. I said, “can I please have timbits?” She said, “what kind?” I said “glazed only.” She said, “they are all glazed. So what kind do you want? Or do you just want assorted?” I said, “assorted is fine.” All of a sudden, she starts talking to someone in the building that I heard quite clearly saying, “the coffee right there!” This was in a very rude tone and with a nasty attitude. It was unclear whether she was speaking to an employee or a customer. I continued with my order and found myself having to repeat myself three times with every item. She finally repeated my order back to me exactly as I originally ordered it.
I pull up to the window for payment and to receive my order. I get home and opened the bag to find that I had no receipt and the blueberry bagel that I ordered NOT toasted was indeed TOASTED. Also, not all of the assorted timbits were glazed so I’m not sure why she was saying that all timbits are glazed. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. However, the climate in this store has been getting chilly. At any rate, the last few times i have come through here, some raspy voiced lady has been not so pleasant with the ordering process.
The last time i was there (yeah....the last time....get it?) She went full malevolent on me because she repeated the order wrong, she had it right on the slip but repeated it wrong. Then she yelled "I got it right" when i tried to corrected her. Can't get a word in edgewise on this one...
Well OK, i am just a bit concerned because i intended to give you money food and service and not attitude.... Thank You.
i just wonder how i, a mild mannered guy, slow to anger, forgiving, ready to give anyone the benefit, soft spoken, have more than a few run ins with this lady. I'm confused, whom is serving whom here. I can't imagine what it must be like for a typical customer that wants what they pay for and more, when i just want at least what i pay for.
This is another store that needs climate change. This store and the one on 256 in Reynoldsburg, which is no good either, are the only two stores that could be on my route to work. The store on Broad st in Reynoldsburg is great. Never had any issues with them ,however, i rarely go that way.

Read morePrefacing this by saying I have never left a bad review before. Had a coupon for a $1 iced medium coffee. Told the person at the speaker that we had it, and he asked us if we wanted a flavor in it, so we added vanilla, cream, and sugar. Also got a pumpkin muffin. Got to the window, presented the coupon to the woman there, and she told me that it doesn't apply to flavored coffees, which is strange because we have used the exact same type of coupon at multiple locations AND the guy at the speaker asked us if we wanted to add flavor to the coffee after we told him we had the coupon. Okay, whatever, we'll pay the $4 for the coffee instead. After we paid and drove off, I looked at the coupon and it says "add-ins extra". Which is what normally happens when we use the coupon, we get charged for the add-ins we put in the drink. The coffee also had either no vanilla in it or such a small amount that you can't taste it at all. The cherry on top of all of this is that the pumpkin muffin was stale. I try to show a lot of grace when we get bad service, but this was just too many things that went wrong for us. Going to avoid this location...
