I am only giving 5 stars for the employees that had to work the drive through and the customers inside the establishment. This is my second time that I have been here and there was only one representative to handle customer service, the register, the drive through, internet orders and prepare the orders, both young ladies handled it without taking it out on the customers. The customers that were waiting were patient and I am happy for that, but it is not fair as a company to put your employees in this position to have to handle each station on their own, the anxiety and pressure this has caused them and me as a customer witnessing this has made me anxious as I see the pile up and wait for orders to be completed. I understand a lot of businesses have experienced short staffing, but why not block phone orders and close the drive through perhaps, anything proactive to help the employees that show up under these circumstance and conditions. But kudos to both young ladies that provided customer service on Thursday and Sunday while working alone on a business block of time. Finally received my smoothie it’s so full of chunk ice. I can’t sip it through a straw, spent 14 dollars, no peanut was added, it’s literally ice water with Strawberry flavor. Writing it off as a loss, this is to be expected under the circumstances I guess, because of the overwhelming circumstances I did not want to added to the stress of the afternoon by making a complaint during the hectic rush. Read moreFood is great, service is terrible. Illegal Activity present. To begin, we were not greeted upon entry or even acknowledged by the staff member. We waited for her to take our order but she kept walking to the back. Finally as we had decided to leave, she came out and we asked if she was taking orders. With a rude voice she stated “y’all were looking at the menu”. Well, we ordered and when I went to pay I answered the question about a tip- selecting (no tip) bc we had such poor service. I tapped my card to pay. We received our order and walked to our car in the parking lot. We heard the staff member yell that our card payment did not go through because we failed to “answer a question.” She instructed me the machine was ready to accept my payment and to tap my card again, so I did so. I asked for a receipt and the total was more than I had agreed to pay. I looked and noticed that she had included a tip on my payment….which I had not authorized!! I believe this is illegal and people should always check their receipt before leaving this place, or just go to Planet...
Read moreEvery time I go they are so slow, I wish there was one closer to my house. They mess up my order half the time. And aren't very nice. It takes them so long to even take my order. I run my own restaurant, I would be so upset if it took my employees more than 3 minutes to even respond to a customer pulling up, but it took them 4 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Then he asked me to wait another 3 minutes before my order was taken. That's insane. If I was in a rush I would've just left. I drive 40 minutes to take my son to the doctor, we get this as a treat on our way home.
