If I could give this place a zero star I would. I drove over 30 minutes to get food after I got off of work because I was craving KFC. This specific location is it supposed to close until 12 AM. I made it to the location at 11:20 PM, and the person on the speaker told me that they were closed and refused to take my order. When I asked why they told me that it was because they were short of staff and it was only them there. When I pulled to the window I saw multiple people in there with the KFC shirt on. They were laughing and giggly as everything was funny. when I asked him why you refusing to take my order when you have Adequate staff and you’re not supposed to close for almost another hour. He tried to lie and say that there was no one else in there while I was looking at the step white girl. The guy who I was speaking Who is name Andre and he was very rude and very Nas. I am so livid right now. I am definitely taking this to Corporate because I spent my time and gas driving all the way over here to be refused service even though online it says they’re not supposed to close until 12 AM. It’s just the laziness that pisses me off. If you don’t want to be at work then go find another job. Andre, you are a horrible employee and you need to be fired immediately. Your behavior tonight was completely unacceptable, and lying to me as if I can’t look into the window and see the other employees in there myself makes me feel as though you were playing with my intelligence then when I pull the window and I hear them laughing at me that was a whole Nother story. I will be taking this to Corporate and I no one goes to this location. There is another location not too far from it. You’ll just have to get there a little earlier. To Whom It May Concern,
I want to bring to your attention several disappointing experiences I’ve had at your location this week. • First Attempt: I waited in the drive-through with a car in front of me and one behind me. After the car behind me left, I eventually left as well because the car ahead remained at the window with no movement or service. • Second Attempt: When I pulled up to the speaker box, I was told to “hold on.” I waited, but no one ever came back to take my order. As I pulled off, I noticed there wasn’t even a car at the window—only a car waiting further up, presumably for their order. This left me confused as to why my order couldn’t be taken while I waited. • Third Attempt (August 21): I went through the drive-through, but no one came to take my order. I pulled around to the window where staff were visibly present but slow to acknowledge me. One employee finally asked if I needed help and confirmed the drive-through was open. Their demeanor and lack of professionalism left a very poor impression.
When I finally placed a simple order—a small potato wedge—I was told to pull forward to wait. The order I received was unacceptable: the wedges were cold, mixed with french fries, and not fresh at all.
Adding to this, it seemed there was confusion and stress among the staff, as I observed what appeared to be a manager outside going back and forth with another customer, saying he already “had a lot going on.”
This level of service and food quality is not only frustrating but also far below the standard I expect. After three unsuccessful attempts and finally receiving cold, poor-quality food, I will not be returning. I had even called the store when I got home and spoke with the store manager all he said was I'm sorry. And next time you come in I'll make sure to add 3 more pieces of chicken for the small chicken we gave you and that was all. A 16 piece family meal is $46 and you want me to just forgive you store and come back because you will give me an extra 3 piece chicken on my next order.
