The worst service… I go through the drive-through nobody says anything so I say hello and a lady tells me that they’re in the middle of shift change and if I want to order food I have to come inside-ok, so I park and go inside. I ordered three meals for my family and I, and one of the meals she charged as a single taco-I only realized after I had paid. The way she was looking At me and talking to me, made me feel scared to ask her to please change it to the meal. She looked like she was in a rush to get everyone out. I had asked her if she charged a meal or just a taco, she said just the taco & asked for the next person in line. The whole time she’s putting in my order she’s having a whole conversation with someone else, which is probably why she didn’t hear my order correctly. So I go to the back of the line and wait my turn again to change the order to the meal. When it was my turn, instead of charging me for the meal price, she charged me everything separate. Again, I was too scared to even say anything because I felt like this was definitely the kind of place that may contaminate my food if the workers feel bothered enough. They had no lids for the cups and put no sauce in my bag so unfortunately I had to ask for the lids and the sauce and I say unfortunately because again, I feel like they’re going to get pissed off. When I left, they gave me a very sarcastic wave goodbye as if they wanted me to just leave or were making fun. The customer service, Needless to say, was horrible as nobody should ever feel intimidated to place an order at a restaurant or to ask for anything pertaining their meal. The lady who attended to me, was wearing a black button up shirt with white stripes, and a gold necklace and the other lady was was wearing her uniform and long hair pulled back. They probably don’t wear name tags on purpose as I have the feeling that they try to run that store however, they want. Just weird energy all around in that store. When I got home, I realized that both of the tacos were not the tacos that I ordered. I ordered the chicken cantina taco meal and they gave me two regular...
Read moreSo normally I don't expect much from Taco Bell. All I want is cheap food made correctly. If I had only had one bad experience I wouldn't bother with a review. However, I've come to expect this Taco Bell to mess up every order.
TLDR:All this to say, if you go here expect a long wait time, the wrong order, and general laziness.
My recent visit is what caused me to write this review. So, I pull up. It's about 11 and there is noone in the drive-thru. I order (my order is not too complicated, a double chalupa meal with no lettuce on everything) and pull around. The wait isn't too bad, but I know they may have to make mine so I don't mind a long wait. Then this lady comes to the window, texting on her phone with my box in her hand. She maybe sends one or two texts before she decides to give me my food. Yeah, it's kind of rude, but people can't put down their phones theses days, so I guess I can ignore it. Well, the box she hands me is not even completely unfolded. How hard is it to unfold a box? Anyways, she then ask if I wanted sauce. I told her my usual, mild and hot. She grabs a handful of mild and holds it out. I tried to grab the packets and a couple fell on the concrete. That's why they normally put the sauce in the box. All of this caused me to be angry, but I blew my lid when I got home and found what was in my box. My double chalupa? Not only did it not have the cardboard sleeve, but it was also put in the box upside down. So everything was stuck to the wrapping. The Doritos taco? Was a regular taco. The regular taco? Not even in the box. Called and noone answered. I left a voicemail and...
Read moreI ordered cheese quesadilla, mexican pizza no meat and nacho supreme beans and no beef. We are vegetarian and it's against the religious to have beef. After picking up food around 8 45 from drive thru we came home and my daughter who is 8 was about to eat nachos and luckily I caught beef in nachos before she eats. Right after i called them and instead of apologize person was so rude over the phone and said i made your nachos and i know i put beans in it. It made me so upset that I took nachos back to the store at 9 30 pm just to show the proof. The lady accused me said this is not our bag. How can I drive to 11 miles far taco bell and call them within 5 mins that this is beef. They hung up phones when I asked who is on duty manager. No one wore a name tag. So I couldn't catch the name of the manager on duty. Then I found out they didn't even put receipt in my bag. Horrible experience ever! She gave me refund for nachos and noth the other two because I didn't take that food with me. I will request everyone to check their order before they leave the store or drive thru. I will make sure I will drive 11 miles away at indian trail taco bell because staff service and food is very awsome there. Never going back to lier employees who cant even say sorry on their own mistakes. After hanging up 3 times they gave me manager on duty name and her name is Jeanette. Well, Thank you for the best customer...
