I've only eaten here once, but my husband has gone several times, and we LOVE it and are so impressed! Clean facility, nice atmosphere, and excellent service! If you're a newbie, get a "little" burger and small fries, trust me! You can always order more later, but if you get a large fry, you'll be so stuffed you'll have to roll home! Also, the Cajun fries are magical. Please note as well that since Five Guys uses fresh ingredients, their jalapenos are much more intense than the kind you get at a normal burger place (these are fresh, while those are pickled). My husband has celiac disease, so he cannot consume even trace amounts of gluten, or he is sick for a week. Five Guys is oddly one of the best restaurants for us, because when you say you have a gluten allergy, they make sure those preparing your food know to change gloves and prepare your order with extra care. My husband gets the burger bowl (patty and toppings in a to-go tin) and I always get the lettuce wrap. This location gave me the BEST constructed lettuce wrap of any Five Guys to date! Come here, Celiacs and normal foodies! You won't be disappointed. (And please try the Cajun fries!)

8-31-18 - Late night visit for a good burger and fries. Place was very clean, and we received professional and courteous service, along with every other customer that came into the door. It was near closing, but we were all treated as though it was earlier in the day. We got the little bacon cheeseburger, double with cheese, etc. Large fries, enough for us all, and sodas/powerade. We ate there, and also got the peanuts while we waited for our food, which for the size of the order came out quick. And always applaud their number system to ID each order. Hats off again to the night crew. Added A1 Sauce, grilled onions and grilled Jalapenos to my burger, in addition to all the normal toppins. The only downside is my youngest son added A1 sauce with no onions and mushrooms; and the mushrooms were left on.

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Five Guys on Lawrenceville Highway since it opened, and I’ve always appreciated their generous portions—especially the fries. If you order a large fries, you usually get a ton. However, this time I was really disappointed. I felt completely short-changed. The portion was much smaller than usual, and it didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys. I’ve ordered from other locations before, and they’re much more consistent with their servings. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location!

My girl friend was visiting from England and I was like man, Five guys is awesome I used to work there as a kid and really enjoyed it. So we go and order and sit outside because it is a beautiful day. Mind you we are literally the only customers and after an observantly long time I go man where is our food and I look inside and they have placed it on the top of the fries station in a bag. When I worked at five guys and when people sat outside we would bring them their food because they cant hear you when you call it. Right, pretty obvious, especially when I've got 30$ of food. So I go and get my food and go eat outside. My GF got just ketchup on her burger and I mean wow ketchup was coming out all the sides of the bread and had a ring like Saturn. So I walk in and ask very politely if I could get some more bread not even a patty because its just too much ketchup and the lady looks me in the face and says "Thats how we do it here." I'm a bit shocked Like did she really just say that? And I say "When I was a kid and worked at five guys ketchup was on one bun and extra ketchup was on two so even so thats too much because she didn't ask for extra ketchup" Then a kid on the fries starts laughing and cutting up with the other employees mocking me and saying "Back in my day!" Like I'm not standing there at all so I say "Yeah back in my day we did a good job at work!" Then they all get quiet when they realize this isn't their house and I am a paying customer and I'm still staring at the lady on the topping station WHO ISN'T DOING ANYTHING BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CUSTOMERS EXCEPT FOR ME put too much ketchup on my gf's burger and shes just staring back at me with this ghetto attitude like make me then. THANK GOD at that moment the actually manager walks out of the bathroom and looks at me and I say yeah there was too much ketchup on my burger was trying to get another one with less ketchup and he just and looks at the woman at toppings and says well make him another burger. Great Job now my GF thinks I worked at an overpriced ghetto burger joint when...

So my husband and I went to Five Guys Tucker location today. I always get the same order the same way everything, but at the Stonecrest location. I order the Hook and Ladder as usual & what I got what nothing of such. First of the meat was all slimy like, cheese not melted looked like sticky glue at the bottom of the sandwich, rather the top. (they said that it was steamed & that’s how it usually looks, which this is not true), They also had no ice. I go back in to make sure that I had the correct sandwich & they confirmed I do. Then she tells me that, after I told her that I always get the hook & ladder when going to this franchise, they were having problem with the original meat distributors for the turkey breast and that they had to use meat from a local food depot. I ask if it was possibly to remake the sandwich, as it taste nothing like what I normally order, so she offered to use a different cheese, to prevent the slimy look, and offered to use chicken breast meat. I appreciated the effort for my satisfaction so I agreed. I added pickled jalapeños to my original order, which she informed that they only have fresh jalapeños and offered to steam them to be soft, I said no thank you. Thinking that I can have something similar to what I was craving, I still ended up being disappointed when I opened my order. The bread wasn’t toasted like the first sandwich was, however steamed. No chicken breast or honey ham on sandwich, just chicken strips. Then, they still added the jalapeños I specifically said no thank you to. I have never been disappointed by firehouse subs franchise, the stonecrest location make the hook & ladder so perfectly looks exactly as in the picture. So this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had with this franchise. I should’ve taken pictures of the first sandwich, but I was in such distraught that my first this was to get correct order or fixed. The second one was just unbelievable, I ended...

If I could give this location NO stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO PLACE AN ORDER! We never received our order/food that was over $65 and WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, UNCARING, and RUDE. These people were put in management positions without adequate customer service! When calling on May 18, 2022, at 12:24 PM to get the franchise owner’s number and corporate a female answered the phone. She was unable to give me the information and said that she would give me her manager’s number; when I asked was a manager there, she said yes, and I asked to speak with her. A female came to the phone, I asked if she could give me the franchise owner’s phone number and she asked me why? Why do I want the number when I proceeded to tell her about the food that was ordered and not received the female HUNG UP THE PHONE in MY face! At an earlier time when my son called, and MALE manager HUNG THE PHONE UP in his face! The systems they have in place being a franchise are unorganized! The owner needs to fire their management and hire more professional people and put systems in place if you plan for customers to order online. If a customer does not receive their food when they order online, they will not get a refund. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORSE IN GEORGIA! I WOULD NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AND BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER FROM HERE! THE STAFF IS IMMATURE AND IGNORANT. NEED TRAINING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO GET IT RIGHT! JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The number on the fiveguys.com website is customer service, and they don't have a clue and are unwilling to give the real corporate number. This company does questionable practices and my family, and I will never patronize this company again! I will file a complaint with the better business bureau for theft of funds and fraudulent...
