McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucker

My sister in law and I went here to get food for 4 kids and 3 adults compared to buying 14 meals for my whole family. The cashier started complaining when I asked for 3 kids meals all with the same stuff. She got upset with me when she found out I was ordering more things and telling us that everybody around wanted to order too and go home. She started pointing to people saying that he is tired, she just want to order food and go home. She got even more upset when I have her $100 bill do to her having to go to the back and get change. The customers around us were confused. One guy asked us what was going on. The cashier came back complaining to the manager about me giving her $100 and asked the manager to give me the change. The cashier told me to never do that again with an attitude. When I got my food. They forgot my son’s kids meal and they didn’t give me all 4 kids meal drinks. After the manager fixed the mess. While we were leaving, the cashier gave us a dirty look. The manager knew about the cashier’s was complaining and give us an attitude but didn’t do anything about it. We were not the only people she was giving problems too. McDonald’s is the only place that will tolerate this type...

Wow... place smelled like poo as you approach the register. Don’t get ice cream here, the machine was a mess and all the caramel and chocolate is out in the open getting fries and dust. Trash everywhere inside. Two guys working get in a physical altercation because neither one wants to make nuggets for my order. They start pushing each other and dropping F bombs loudly in front of me and other customers. I called the McD 1800 number — franchise owner gives me Not so much as a call back. I wanted to pull out my phone and film the fight, but I was worried these ghetto fools would spit in my food. The MOST GROSS spot. I covertly got a photo of all the trash by the fryolater that is broken and only makes warm soggy fries even my 2 year old can’t eat. Yuck!

this McDs is SO BAD. If you can, drive to another one. They always have long lines. Always mess something up. Sometimes the food they give you is total garbage. The fries are not good here unlike almost every McDs location. This spot is just tough to deal with, but it’s right on my drive home with 2 toddlers who are often cranky and hungry. Food was good, restaurant was clean. Problem was in the bathroom. I heard the toilet running LOUDLY. When i left, i stood in line to report the running toilet to the cashier. She told me they were aeare it was overflowing. I said it didnt appear to be overflowing but the caught mid flush and the water was so forceful, it was kicking out of the toilet. I told her the manager should be alerted to have the water to this toilet cut off. She said she would tell the manager. I looked back as i left the counter, no one in line and she sipping from a cup. After I ate. I opened the bathroom door, toilet still running. So, i stood at the counter until the assistant manager came up (different uniform, plus i asked). He said he would notify the manager. I said I was in the restaurant anout 30 to 40 minutes and no one seemed concerned. I said the water bill was going to be very high and they needed to cut the water to that toilet.
