My wife and I have visited this store a couple of times and promised we would never be back due to how dirty the place was. However, we were in the area again and decided to stop in on Sunday. It amazes me that the same disgusting crud that was on the display glass had not been cleaned off since the last time we were in. There was food splashed on the glass and the floor felt oily.
I wasn't going to write this email and I refrained from writing a 1 star review on Google because as a business owner myself, I understand the weight that negative reviews have on a business. Also, this location has a pretty bad rating anyways. What pushed me over the edge to write this review and give a 1 star rating was this:
Employees began taking food trays out of the prepping area. My wife asked for corn salsa on her burrito and was told "we are closing early." So, does that mean, no corn salsa? At the same time I heard who I can only assume was the manager say to another employee that they were "closing early because it's dead in here." Mind you, it was 7:15PM and normal hours say they close at 9PM.
Something like this would never fly at my store and I get a very strong feeling that the owner of this location either a) is not present very often or b) does not care about customer service.
The thing that really worries me is that if what customers see if dirty work spaces, disgusting glass, and oily floors, what sorts of things do we not see in the kitchen area?
Please look into this location, I love Moes, just not...

Anyway the first time I saw flies around the food and it look days old. When I tasted it it was not the level of food I was use to from Moe's (not seasoned) but I figured it was just how they do things.
Second time I went same thing food looked old however again i thought it is fresh but because they don't seem to have a lot of customers is why it looked old.
Third and last time the food looked old. This time I asked and they stated only a couple of hours. I was getting a lot of items and they rushed me in a way that was unnecessary since no one was in line with me and they were fully staffed. This time my family and I tasted how old this food was. My husband actually said why is my tongue numb and my throat was sore after eating a little of my bowl and I threw it away. I NEVER WASTE LIKE THAT. I will never go back to this location again and I advise you...
Read moreMy 1st Time to Moe's. My son works near by and likes eating here. He wanted my wife and I to try it. He gave us a 30$ gift cert for Christmas and told us to put the app on the phone. He reminded us of the $7.95 Monday Burito special. Today we tried it.. Worst Treatment I have ever had by any resturant!! First they said we could not get the monday special because we were first time customers. Then they said we could, Then They said we could not use the gift certificate with the special. So I paid with a card. We sat down to eat and I looke at the receipt and it was for $ 19.58. They charged $10.59 for the burrito plus 2.85 each for 2 cokes .I went back up and asked for the manager to come out when they got a chance. She finally came out and handed me $ 5.28 cash... tHE SIGN IN THE WINDOW SAYS NOTHING ABOUT HAVING THE APP. THE MANAGER SAYS THE GIFT CERT WAS SAME AS CASH!!! BUT WOULD NOT TAKE IT TODAY. . i WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
