This place has VERY good food and reasonable prices. My husband and I got hot lobster, snow crab and the hot scallops sandwich meals. All are very well made. Angie's Energy Drink and the Energized Berries and Cream drinks are both very good. Angie's Energy drink has a powerful flavor which I find unexpectedly very good and the berries and cream is mellow. The only complaint I would have about this place, it's is easy to fix (BTW they fixed this - 08/04/2025), please make sure drinks are out first before food as there's nothing worse than holding hot food while waiting for your drinks to be ready. Otherwise, very top notch food. Energy drinks can compete with Dutch Bros. Highly recommended to try for those who enjoy eating shellfish! Other things to know, there's a QR code to scan out front if you are avoiding the drive thru. Also, there's a tablet out front to order from. It is take-out only. Drive thru May wrap onto the south corner of Broadway and Wilmot around lunch and dinner rush times.

Haven't had the food yet but FYI there's two drive thru lanes and NO CASH ACCEPTED, also see my other picture for how they run things - weird. And by two lanes I mean, they start that way and then MERGE into each other for ONE order machine. You can also get into the 2nd lane faster by cutting thru the parking lot next to it. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes, from the road, and still haven't ordered but then I see people just pulling in up ahead and getting in line ahead of me. Learn from me. Still hungry. Okay, had the food - went to 4 stars now. Food comes with sauce, but in bags you have to open and put on yourself. The food comes in open trays, not like carryout packaging, so it can be a mess in the bag if not careful. Food itself, after assembly, is flavorful and good. Overall I'd lean towards worth the wait, but they have things to improve on.

Look, it's a $10 lobster roll. It's not the best I've ever had, but it's pretty good for $10. The lobster meat tasted like lobster, albeit a little plain so you gotta make use of their sauces which are pretty tasty. There were 1-2 small shell pieces in my sandwich. The portion size was pretty decent. It's $2 more to make the sandwich a meal which gives you fries and a soda. The drive thru was pretty strange, they have the menu first and then you pull up and order at a credit card scanner. Be aware it's card only, no cash. The food came out immediately and the workers were friendly. Overall I'd go back if I'm craving a lobster roll and it's nice that it's so inexpensive.

The sandwich was small, and lobster was minimal. Not flavorful with the pre-packaged butter or sauce. More concern over the sterile, impersonal environment. No seating to eat a sloppy sandwich. Take it home or go park somewhere. I went through the drive-thru where you are greeted by no one. It's not unusual for a drive-thru, but this feels different as you drive through the concrete tunnel. But there was a sign saying the lobster was bought off the dock in Maine. This encouraged no confidence in quality nor freshness as I sat in a 90° driveway in Tucson, Arizona. I ordered our meals and was corrected twice on how to order with relation to warmth and sauce. But don't ask questions either. That seems to be a no-no. So, do your research ahead of time and be prepared. I pulled forward to find our two beverages already sitting on the shelf edge. I maneuvered my truck so not to knock them off with my mirrors. As soon as I did, I was handed two paper bags with no "thank you" or "kiss my a**." Either would have been appreciative at this point. And, no napkins in the bag. Just a dispenser on the shelf with a sign that reads "take only what you need." Not wasting time or money here in the future. Texas Roadhouse is right next door. For the same price point you get good food, a comfy seat and...

Ok. So I was disappointed after hearing the hype and dealing with the large crowd of people. I used the walk-up window as the car line in the drive-through was jammed and not moving.

Let me also say that I have been a big fan of their original concept salad and go and visit very regularly.

The order system was a little but difficult to navigate, especially feeling the pressure to order with a large number of people gathering behind me.

Once I ordered, the order came quickly, which was a total surprise.

I was only able to try one item so far, but I will definitely be back to try others.

The disappointment lies in that the warm lobster roll, which is not fishy at all, was devoid of taste, even with the butter.

I thought it would have been seasoned with old bay or something, and perhaps the butter could have been a garlic butter, or the roll could have been offered with garlic butter to enhance taste.

One again, not fishy but basically no taste. So much potential. The lobster was quality lobster, but it didn't hit a home run as between the roll and lobster and butter. It just became a soggy lump.

Definitely want to try their other offerings and see if they have more flavor.

Oh, the lemonade was great, and the fries were...

The service was fine. We got just about everything on the menu to try it out. The lobster and crab were both average. Tasted like it was flash frozen and thawed, but neither had a fishy taste. They both had lots of bits of shell in it which is less of an issue if not eaten as a sandwich.

The bread was fairly low quality, and we all decided just to remove the meat from the buns.

I found it odd that all the sandwiches were basically the same, plain. If it was something that was supposed to come with sauce, it came in a package. You don't order a specific type of sandwich with sauce and expect a little bag of it. Seems to me that it's to make their job easier.

The shrimp was pretty good, but again, the shrimp sandwich with (I forget, some kind of sweet spicy sauce) came with a little bag that didn't go to far. The sauce was good, though.

Very underwhelming experience. I would rather spend less and buy lobster or crab and cook it myself.

They seem to have a canned response telling people to go to a site when they leave a bad review. The last thing I care about for a company that provides low quality food is whether they get informed about it. These reviews are to warn potential customers not to have high...
