Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Tucson

Upon paying I was basically shoved my drinks and told to drive around to the front when it was just me in line. Diego (name on receipt) didn't even hand me my card back. I didn't even noticed due to being rushed to take my drinks and then immediately being told to pull around. Picked up card later after realizing that I didn't have it just for the employee to have to go through a stack of cards sitting by the register. On top of that you can't call the store due to the phone being out of service after the remodel and you would think after being rushed to park around the entrance that my food would come out asap.. nope still took 15 mins for 2 9pc star meal with fries while not busy inside or out. I couldn't get out of the car to see what the issue was because I had 2 littles in the back seat And it didn't even taste fresh. Fries were soggy and weird texture as if they were old fries that were redipped. I thought it was strange to be rushed when no one was around but it didn't tip me due to Diego also not being rude about it. He still acted polite but also acted as if he was just dealing with a 50 car rush when there was no one around. But the stack of cards is a little concerning and sketchy like why do you need all these cards? How could you forget to give that many back? Gonna stay on high alert for fraud detection. Also there was another female young employee by the window the whole time with him just staring at the cars with a face written with disgust. My other question is why didn't she say anything about the cards since she was standing there the whole time? Idk but carls jr in rita ranch needs to talk to...

UNIMPRESSIVE & UNDERPERFORMING

It's rather hard to immediately upon entry not notice how dirty and unkept the interior was. Dirty tables are everywhere, additionally the soda bar suffered the same level of neglect and was long overdue for some staff attention. Apparently in some cost cutting effort he place was undeniably understaffed. This particular store is notoriously well known for slow walking food orders and today was simply no exception. With one girl running the drive thru window, a guy running the front counter and a girl cooking up the food. It was painfully slow. After a considerable wait, my food finally arrived, it was served hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. While my Western Bacon cheeseburger was truly exceptional, my onion rings weren't, they seriously needed to be cooked more. The onions inside were completely undercooked. My order was "To-Go" so I couldn't easily go back to correct the issue. For as long as it took to prepare the food I realistically had greater expectations.

Some flunky today thought she would treat my by son and I in the drive thru this afternoon as if she could talk down to us. After she did so and I told her I'd go elsewhere for our food she offered me a nice day lol. At that point I thought a butt kicking in order and waited at the window where NOBODY would assist me. So I parked and went in to greet the Chicky that thought she would pass on her bad attitude without consequences. The manager who seemed not to give a flying flock either said the girls name was Monique and Monique was in the back room at that point (guess she was unavailable to me at that point) funny her smart freaking mouth wasn't unavailable to me a few minutes earlier when she was the rudest arse I've probably ever encountered at a fast food place. She certainly doesn't belong in customer service I assure you. But she talked big behind that drive thru speaker then ran and hid when I entered the store. A loud mouth coward..... Nothing worse than that. I've reported her to corporate and the manager that hid her away. She doesn't belong there either in my opinion.
