Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

My girlfriend was in a bad mood today so I sent her off to go get her self a drink. You know women love there Starbucks. So we live less than a block away and it took her 35 mins to get her order then the worst part was that it was water down by the time she got home and it did not taste like what we always order at other Starbucks. I love the location about time they made one on valencia! But i have been here twice have ordered the same drink and both time taste very different. Ordered venti iced caramel macchiato, first time it was soooo strong i could not finish it I started shacking. Second time i order extra caramel well it barely had any and tasted like nasty coffee woth water. Thr staff is super friendly tho and quick service just need to learn how to...

The service has gone down significantly in the past few months. Simple drink orders come out slow, I've received the wrong person's order several times, and when I received my order, it's been incorrect. I've given up asking for the correct order because it usually is still wrong.
