First time at this Domino's location and the last time at this Domino's location ever. The manager was on his cell phone the whole time while making my pizza and kept touching his phone and kept putting his hands in the bins with the ingredients and kept making my pizza when I asked him to wash his hands he ignored me I also advised him that he just contaminated everything in the bins and to throw away everything he touched and put new ingredients on the table to which he ignored me then I asked for the manager and found out he was the manager I had to contact the health department and I went back two days later and spoke with the general manager and she basically was annoyed by me talking to her and told me she had other things to do and she didn't have time to talk to me and I advised her I called to health department and she basically acted like she didn't care so if you would like to get food poisoning then by all means go to this location but if you don't stay away from his location if you can They have no good hygiene practices at all and they don't care whether they get you sick or not. also even if he didn't touch his phone I would have requested that he put more toppings on the pizza since there was more crust than there was actual toppings of the pizza. there's a reason why Domino's is running a special for $10 for any size pizza with up to seven toppings because they don't hardly give you anything other than potential food poisoning and they don't count the food poisoning as a topping. . The name of the manager that made my pizza I believe is Basil and the so-called general Manager is Jennifer and she's about as useless as a manager as a screen door in a submarine or a milk bucket...
Read moreI've ordered probably somewhere around 25 to 30 pizzas from this location all carryout, but I'll give my two cents. The place is very clean inside compared to other establishments (pizza hut right down the street) You can see the workers making the pizza and the ovens everything looks clean. I've never had an issue with staff everyone is always nice to me and attentive. If you are smart and order online or on the app you can get really good deals. I generally just do the $7.99 1 topping large and if you want to add another topping its not to unreasonable but again compare the deals online or on Dominos app. The quality of the pizza is very fair for the price you pay. I don't go in expecting the best pizza in Tucson which usually runs you about $25 or more for a single pizza. They do a good job on the pizza for what you pay and in my experience its always very consistent. Also like I said I only do carry out orders, so I know I'm getting the pizza as fresh as possible so your experience may be different with a delivery. But I look at Dominos as quick cheap pizza that's...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were hungry and wanted food. Instead of driving we decided to have food delivered. The woman who took our order said it would be about 30-40 minutes for our pizza and salad to be delivered. An hour later, the pizza showed up, but no salad. When I realized the salad wasn't delivered my boyfriend ran out to catch the delivery woman before she left. When my boyfriend caught up to her she looked at the check to see what we tipped (we didn't tip because not only was it late but she was EXTREMELY rude) before she gave us an answer on whether or not she would bring the salad back. Now normally I would think she was making sure the salad was on the receipt, but I checked my copy of the receipt she had and there was no indication of what we had ordered. Then when we called back to explain what happened the staff put us on hold for about 15 minutes before disconnecting entirely. Now I am missing a salad that I have paid for that was supposed to be my dinner...
