Graduated from here years ago and it’s sad to say this place hasn’t changed AT ALL!!! This school is super outdated and office staff are still unprofessional. The new Admission advisor, (Jenelle or Jocelyn?)has a very hard time keeping her word! It’s was such an inconvenience just trying to get my transcripts!!! She tells you over and over that she’ll “talk to the owner and will get back with you very soon” and NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU! I always have to call her days later just to get no answers because she doesn’t actually get answers like she says she will. I truly miss the old admissions advisor Noel! She was always on top of everything! But this school ran her ragged ( the owner). Now don’t get me started on the owner Carey LOL that lady is a character. Biggest perpetrator you’ll EVER MEET! She is all about the money and does not care about the students and their success! She supplies her paying students with the cheapest kits and materials. Thank goodness I transferred from a different school and had an amazing kit. Even the shampoo and conditioner is cheap. But I guess that’s expected if you wanna keep nice things for yourself. Read moreDingy and dirty looking towels. The sprayers at the shampoo bowls are clogged with limescale buildup. They do not have running water in the pedicure chairs. Student must hawl water to the chair. The ladies were kind and professional, but tuition costs is NOT being used to improve the condition of this public service location.

Did you really reply with a correction to the word hawl? But then didn't use an apostrophe in 'anyones' and then misspelled the word are with aren. You then said "With the hard water in Tucson, everyone battles the limescale. Nothing a little CLR can't fix." ...but apparently, CLR hasn't been used.
Be advised, your long, drawn out negative, accusatory replies to negative comments about your business IS NOT A GOOD LOOK. It makes you seem petty and small. Take the feedback as constructive. And use spell check yourself before attempting to correct the commentors' spelling. The customer IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, but neither are businesses.

Read moreThis is a horrible school, parents please save your money!!! My student is so disappointed in her experience at this school, she was so excited about going into this field! The lack of teaching, support is ridiculous. I also definitely don’t understand how the students have to use their own products they pay for on clients so we’re paying for the school and they are making money off us with the incoming clients. Hopefully I can figure out how to report this school to the school boards, fafsa, etc they just want money!!! There are about two employees that care about the students but only have so much say so on the education (lack of education) that’s being given
