MAST — Local services in Tucson

Whoa. Back in November of 2024, I had the pleasure of shopping at MAST and I can confidently say it’s one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever encountered at a jewelry store. The owners truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel valued, not just as buyers, but as people. From the moment I walked in, the young man tending the store made me feel welcomed and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. He spoke highly of the products and the artists’ craft.

It's clear they stand behind every piece they sell. It’s not just about making a sale—it’s about ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. They offer excellent advice, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. Plus, their after-sales service is outstanding—it's rare to find a store that genuinely cares about your experience even after you leave.

Strange experience returning something. Initially told that they could only do a store credit, and had to point out why I believed I should be eligible for a return. Makes no sense to me that one should have to make a case, but this is how the staff are being trained, which is dissapointing. Believe that the testament of how earnest a store is how they treat you in an ongoing way, not just how kind they are when making a sale. Response was curt, when I brought in a necklace that had literally turned another color after only wearing one day. Because I had mentioned being in Sabino, staff who returned the item were sure to note that I had been "sweating and hiking" (which I had) insinuating that I had somehow misused the necklace. I was in the store on sunday 1/3 with my son-in-law ryan trayte and daughter sheena...I had seen the online pictures of the store and heard about it from ryan, but to actually be in the store was a very inspiring experience. I enjoyed all the different artists work, in all forms.
