M’am it’s a Starbucks … I get it. But this location is not very friendly. I occasionally stop here when I have a little break in my work day since it’s close by but man do I try to avoid it since the lobby closes at 5PM for some reason- it’s a coffee shop no?
What prompted this review was that this time I tried ordering a sandwich but the cashier seemed bothered that she had to look to see if they had what I ordered. Body language indicated that it was a bother that everything I ordered was “out” - I’m not doing that purposely! Mind you there’s is no one in line behind me waiting. So for the 3rd thing I ordered she slumped her shoulders and huffed that she had to look in the back I said “oh no I’ll just get this sandwich from the cooler in the front” she charges me and it seems high but honestly IDC …. Then I get two sandwiches …
Then I tell her I only ordered one because I thought this other one was “out” - it was the og sandwich I ordered - she said it was a miscommunication and the other barista loudly and rudely asks repeatedly if I want a refund - I say no. It’s not about the money- it’s about customer service. Politeness and friendliness go a long way.
What I suspect happened is she accidentally charged me for original food item I ordered, found out they had some, then cooked it to reflect the bill then insisted it was a miscommunication issue. Nice try.
Overall a bad way to handle a simple slip up
Perhaps they are overworked and tired or just bad manners? Idk
Best to avoid this...
Read moreI've gone in the location for over a year. a few months ago I was told that there were complaints about an oder when I came into the store.
Since then, I've made sure I have fabreese that I spray on myself, and I make sure I spray extra deodorant on before I go in. I do this because I don't want to offend anyone, I'm a male. Sometimes, I get sweaty and might smell, I'm sure.
I did these extra steps this morning and made my usual order through the app. Used the restroom came back out and went to my table I had selected. When I was approached by an employee who called me by my name and said that because of complaints about a smell previously, he was going to have to ask me to leave.
I don't smell, especially when I'm taking extra efforts to eliminate odors by putting extra deodorant and spraying clean cloths with fabrese. I think it is more the fact that I wear a hat with the fact I served in the military and because it gets chilly, I wear my army Windbreaker when I go there.
Ok, people might smell sometimes...... don't assume because someone is complaining their right. When he walked up to me, he could have smelled that I smelled like gain fabreese and...
Read moreThis Starbucks in horrible!! 1st a friend and I went and there and she got what she usually gets which is the caramel macchiato and she gets it really special. They took forever and the girl behind the counter was literally screaming at another employee about getting ice. The poor guy was so busy and she just kept on screaming at him. Guests were starring and everything. We were meeting a friend their but decided to wait outside because of this employee who was screaming. I went back in with my friend, whom we were waiting for and she ordered but she gets her caramel macchiato with creme instead of milk. The employee told her there was no button for that. He then got the manager whom also had an issue. Finally they made it. She asked for extra caramel and they didn't put it in thier either. Instead of remaking it the way she ordered it, the next employee just dumped a whole bunch of caramel on top where it didn't even mix right. Horrible experience. I know this location is new but c'mon get it together people!! Wont be back there and I'm telling all the people I know to stay away from the Starbucks with the witch behind the counter that screams at her...
