This place is a hit or miss. The last time we ordered food here, a few days ago, (and it was to go) my wife got the fish tacos and I got a carnitas burrito. The meat on the burrito was hard like burnt and it clearly been around for a little while. As for my wife's fish tacos there was like one little piece of fish on the taco and it was soggy. Unfortunately for us we were extremely hungry so we had to stomach it. Which I have to tell you, with as much money as you pay for these freaking meals now, that's pretty hard meal to swallow. No pun intended. Now that's not to say that we haven't gotten a good meal here before or haven't had somebody be generous with the portions but it's inconsistent. And that makes it bad because I would not think about going here first if ever again. CC

My first time at this Filibertos. At their other locations, I'm used to there being chip and 3 kinds of yummy salsa sitting out for people to grab themselves. After explaining that about 4 times, they finally got me some, but it wasn't salsa, it was pico de Gallo. Also the enchiladas I ordered were really soggy and were thrown together very haphazardly, just kindof an ugly presentation, wound up eating it with a spoon cause it was just falling off my fork. Also, see posted pic. This is right there on the front counter. Having that policy is one thing, and pretty terrible on its own. Having it plastered on the front counter in badly written large sharpie on a huge fuscia poster board is just the worst.

This location gave me the WORST food I've ever gotten. It wasn't even edible. We got the machaca breakfast plate and Chorizo breakfast plate. BOTH plates had 2 helpings of rice and no beans. If they were out of beans you'd think maybe they would mention that when you order. Also, the main egg and meat portion was one giant overcooked block. You could pick it up with a fork in 1 piece. The eggs were severely overcooked. We still tried mashing it up and eating it, but would get crunchy pieces inside each bite that crunched almost like eggshells. The corn tortillas provided were hard on the outside and had tears and holes in most of them. I love Filibertos, but NOT this particular location.

Worst experience ever! If I could give negative stars I would. I usually rate if things were great but this time was terrible. I do not recommend this spot. Called to report my order was missing multiple ingredients and if I could get a refund and talk to a manager. Employee told me the manager wasn't there. Then I told him what happened and he handed the phone to someone else. Repeating myself again. The guy told me he couldn't and that I would have to bring the item to exchange to be remade or he could give me the missing ingredients after he saw it. I told h this was a stop in my way home from work and I was already home didn't live close by. Asked if I could come by tomorrow for a remake or refund. He told me that he could if I brought the items back too. Really? You want me to take a day old food back to get a refund? Are kidding me?? He said it would be nice if I didn't couldn't issue a refund without the food back somehow. He said they received many complaints today, well maybe if they were kind and did their job correctly they wouldn't be getting these calls. Horrible customer service. I asked for his name so I can report this. I have worked in the food business and this is no way to treat a customer. This could have easily been resolved, but they chose not to do anything for me.

Beware...

Don't waste your time. You will be sitting there forever waiting on your food. Also mentioned to them that they rang my order up wrong(well before we got the food, we paid, looked at receipt and realized the mistake and IMMEDIATELY flagged the window lady down) and it was supposed to be tacos not burritos and her response was "oh well it's already made and the cook heard you say burritos as well so...." umm no you didn't I ordered those for an 8 year old and Idk any kids that can eat two huge burritos so... and also that's not my problem! I am the customer and I ordered tacos, not burritos so that's not my problem. Also, if your grill cook can make 2 burritos in the 3 min I've been here then why do I always sit in your drive-thru for like 30 min waiting on 2 burritos??? Seriously don't waste your time....
