I placed a DoorDash order and called immediately after three times. First two times I didn’t receive an answer, the third time Daniel answered the phone (didn’t introduce himself I had to call back and ask his name) was very rude like he was bothered, I told him my name which he misheard as Chris when it is Trent. I tried to correct him because he told me we didn’t have an order for that name. Of course you don’t it’s the wrong name, he then puts the phone down then a lady answers and quickly solves my problem. Whoever Daniel is shouldn’t be answer the phone and needs to be retrained. I used to work for five guys so I know how you’re supposed to handle POS. I don’t want a refund, I want the issue fixed for future customers. Will absolutely NEVER go back to this location. Ordered online. Got to the store only to have them "not find my order" and they said maybe it hasn't come in yet. So waited and was ignored for 38 minutes. I finally asked for a refund and the guy asks for my name again then walks over and grabs a bag of food that's been sitting there since I walked in. So he handed me cold soggy food that's been sitting for 40 minutes. Hands it to me and walks off. No offer to remake the food. No apology. Nothing. Then I ordered 2 different shakes. Whenever I crave a greasy, unpretentious burger that's just plain delicious, I go to Five Guys. If you haven't been to one you've probably heard about them - everyone seems to have an opinion. They make your burger to order, toppings are included, and fries are separate but huge in portion and best right out of the fryer. Cooked in peanut oil, so I can tell myself they're low-cholesterol. Ha. The burger makes up for that. I usually get a little bacon cheeseburger (little means one patty, instead of two) and a "small" fries and leave paying less than $12.
