Absolutely will never be shopping at THIS location again. I went in around 3:20 pm on Thursday 7/24 , and was by myself with my daughter. I noticed I was being followed by a super tall older man, I finally decided to ask for help from an employee who I saw walking to the front door. I asked many times as she was walking away âmam â mamâ âdo you work hereâ until the fourth time I finally got her to turn around. âI say do you work here? â She responds in a rude tone , âIâm off the clock what do you needâ I told her if she could notify someone a man was following me, she told me Iâd have to tell the manager myself. Then I just walked away because the fact that it wouldâve taken two seconds but she had to immediately get clocked out is horrible customer service on or OFF the clock... I work customer service and have for years, Iâm way smaller than this person and have personally I would have notified the loss prevention and walked that customer out whether I was off or not. She was a medium/ big size, long curly hair, and rectangle glasses. The fact that she didnât take it serious knowing I was a mom by myself and was being rude on top of it is gross. 0/5.
Then I try to call and the lady is saying I canât talk to the manager unless I give my full name and wouldnât put her on the phone.
Literally being caring and understanding cost 0 dollars of your time. To that employee, do better. I hope you never feel uncomfortable while youâre out with your child and an employee...

The whole frame is coming apart from the mirror and I did not realize this until after I bought it. I bought it on the 27th of September and came in on the 4th of October because I did not have time until now. Well when I went in the girl at the counter didn't bring the manager up to the front but called her and told her the mirror was damaged and they blamed it on me. She said that since it was damaged I couldn't return it and I told them I bought it that way and why would I lie? Well they wouldn't let me exchange the mirror, which is falling apart, and the manager never came to talk to me in person about it. Despite the fact that I had the receipt, it was less than 30 days later, and I had everything that came with the mirror, the woman behind the counter blamed me for it and refused to call the manager up to speak with me.    Read moreI bought three items, including a 4-pack of boxer briefs. The cashier scanned the boxer briefs twice, so I was charged twice for it, which I didn't realize until I got home and looked closely at the receipt. I took the receipt back a few days later and explained what happened.
The receipt clearly shows the same item, with the SAME BARCODE NUMBER, twice. There is no way the same barcode number appears twice unless the exact same item was scanned twice. If you can read, you can clearly see the same barcode number repeated. Nonetheless, the guy at the register said his boss, who wasn't there at the time, would have to review the video footage to make sure I wasn't pulling a fast one (the notorious $8 boxer brief scam!). And that I would have to bring the item in so they could confirm the barcode number. Which is on the receipt.
I'm not going back a third time, because I have a job. They employ two full-time security guards to make sure people don't steal from them. You'd think they would put some effort into making sure they don't steal...
