The worst service by a manager at Campbell and Glenn her name is crystal and I have nothing but problems with this manager on one occasion I got they impossible orange chicken and it was so hard inside either from reheating day after day or over cooked so when I came in the next time and asked if I could try before I bought because of the previous circumstances she said no I had to buy to try, i then asked if I bought and it was below suitable standards could I get a refund she said no it's how it is . Then today I got a half portion because I had entree at a different location and it was fresh and not dried out under sauce and breading ( and at Crystal's store today they had to prepare right then because there was none on the line, it was fresh and completely good , unlike previous purchase of at that location), today my order was $18.26 the cashier accidentally pushed sale button after I gave my 20$ bill but before I could even say and here is the 26 ¢ so I took my 26,,¢ that was still in my hand and took the 74¢ out from dispenser tray and gave to cashier asking for a paper dollar she put on top of register drawer ,( because she had already closed drawer,) went to crystal the manager and asked her to open drawer, crystal came to me at register and said no we don't make change , I said you have my dollar ,she then picked it up ( the change and I did not take and asked for a paper dollar , she then just dropped on the floor, so I then just asked for a refund ( I was still waiting for my food because there was no impossible orange chicken prepared when i arrived ( I do suspect because they don't sell enough of and reheat day after day,, definitely tasted that way on original purchase of item) she denied refunding me, and after such an interaction with a horrible manager I was deserving of proper service and did not get, I know I'm not they only one who will not ever again enter a panda express because of such a bad experience with that...

Today you were only making items by request. 15 minutes for anything when I only have a 30 minute lunch. I did say that there weren’t many choices- I would have gotten teriyaki chicken but all you had was one serving of shrimp and orange chicken I took what I could get but did say something about needing to put out choices. The girl behind the counter said that wasn’t an option. They had just thrown away food and were losing money. The manager girl came out from a side area and decided to tell me that she would give her opinion and then walked out. The first girl mentioned that was the manager. I said she stuck her nose in a conversation she wasn’t part of. She said you have your food what do you want now? My response was nothing and tried for the third time to pay when she said I could leave. I asked if she was kicking me out and she just stared. So I walked out. I will never walk back I. Read moreI arrived at 9:20pm last night the store already had the fryers shut down so I order a plate and a bigger plate the fried rice was burnt not only that the orange chicken was spicy me and my wife called the store about 20x and left a voicemail and everything no one bothered to call back so I stopped by after work and the general manager was in the first thing that was asked was if the phone was working correctly she says yes so then we ask for a refund due to poor food quality and customer service and she replies with she has to send receipt to corporate and the money would be returned back on card in 7 to 10 business days she was very rude didnt apologize or anything for her crew members serving horrible food and didn't even bother to wonder why her night manager didn't answer the phone during business hours I'm sorry but since when does it take 7 to 10 business days for any fast food to give a refund back on a card or the business having to to send the receipt to corporate.OH YEA AND SHE LIED ABOUT HAVING CORPORATES NUMBER ON RECEIPT ITS ONLY A CALL CENTER PRETENDING TO ACT LIKE THEY HAVE POWER AND...
