I really enjoy the experience shopping here. I love the prices and the staff never had a bad experience untill last time I went and it totally sucked. I bought my two favorite flavors that I often use and they were both a really gross flavor that I hate and they had mislabeled it and both of the flavors lu tang and wastraraz in the 12mg were the mothers love, which I absolutely detest, so... I wasted 20 bucks on disgusting fluid because they were trying to pass it off as something else. I don't like supporting businesses that try to deceive their customers like that. Its obviously a lazy employee that didn't want to mix all the different flavors but it reflects very badly on your business. I am worried about spending any more money there because I might just waste it again. Read moreWell after my first trip I was considering changing vape shops bought a new mod and batteries ($136) they told me if there was any issues that they had a guarantee and to just bring it back. Few days later mod stopped charging so I called and explained what was going on and the lady on the phone said bring it in and they will exchange it. Whent in the next day and was told I was charging it on the wrong voltage and it should only be a 1.4 amp charger (said right on the box 2.0 amp lol) and there was nothing she could do, as soon as I get home BAM still isn’t working right…it’s not like I wanted a new mod I just wanted to replace it with the same exact one that I’ve had for only 6 days. I just have too swallow the $136 I spent and buy a new mod. I’ll just be staying with litmist as my regular shop. Lucky for me Brandon said hey we have some other juices that are similar Fruit Monster (passion fruit, orange,guava)! Then Delaney went to look in the back also. As she was doing that Brandon found one that was opened and said "Here try this and see if you like it"....and I did! Then to my surprise and delight he said go ahead and take the open one for free! We see you and your husband in here like twice a week and we know you are good customers! I was floored by both of their knowledge and customer service!
