My Nails — Local services in Tucson

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Staff is rude. Had never been there and they were just barking orders. I wanted to choose a nail polish from the wall but apparently you can't and the color I settled for wasn't what I wanted. But the worst part was they allow this obese nasty customer to shout and be disgusting. They allow her to bring her" service" dog in who wonders around looking for food. The lady is so crude, every thought she had was announced loudly. " I need a cigarette" which she didn't...her fat leg she hobbled around on was a vascular surgeon's dream. In two years she'll have that leg amputated if she doesn't die first from a clot. She was asking the staff for chicken to feed her dog...why any store owner would allow such a distasteful customer to behave like that is so unbelievable. The staff all knew her. She knew them. She is definitely a regular. She is gross. I will never return again. And I hope to those who frequent this salon do not have the...

This was my first and last time coming here. I can’t speak to the rest of the salon but the lady did my manicure was just simply awful. She was sloppy n not detailed oriented in the slightest. She took a md grade file and began filing away blindly. Like to the point of filing down to my quick. My thumbs hurt even after expressing what she was doing is hurting she would still filled away. I went in with only two broken nails now they’re ALL UNEVEN n jagged. She even let me walk out with gel globs on the cuticles! Like how are you not gonna keep it clean?
