Ordered via doordash, I left this review on doordash as well, but I want to make sure others see it here as well They did not put berries on the Belgian Waffle which honestly doesn't even look cooked thoroughly and the did not even give us our Peanut Butter French Toast. When dasher got to the restaurant it wasn't even ready, made them wait almost ten minutes just for terrible food and not everything we ordered. 0/10 do not recommend will not be returning Ewww I just read the owners response to other negative reviews and can see that they do not take accountability when it comes to their mistakes. Not once did they genuinely apologize, rather they insulted the person making the complaint and then back handedly offered a discount if they were feeling generous at the time. I feel disgusted that I actually gave these people my money. Guess what? You guys aren't perfect. You do make mistakes, and you need to work on taking accountability for that. Go ahead and please respond to mine where you want to say I've left other negative reviews, because I'm HONEST. Explain how you didn't put the berries on my daughter's waffles. Explain the long wait time. Explain why I didn't receive the peanut butter French toast. Go ahead, try to deflect. That's all on your business. When people leave reviews you should address those concerns with your team members, you shouldn't attack and disregard those concerns. That's a great way to lose customers. And I typically give businesses at least one more chance after failing so miserably, but no, I will never go to this restaurant again in my life based solely on how you have responded to other paying customers. You need a new job, customer service isn't for you. And you know what, now I'm gonna be petty and add more to my review. Look at what is advertised on doordash and look at what we received. A "crispy" waffle, not more like soggy. Where are the berries that's advertised?

Extremely Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience. NOT Veteran Friendly or Supportive. My family and I were denied service at Geronimo’s simply because of my service dog. Despite calmly explaining that my service dog is protected under both state and federal law as a medical device, staff refused to listen. I was told, “We are a family-owned business and we don’t have to serve you.” When I later called to speak with the owner, a man identifying himself as the manager answered and became immediately confrontational. He claimed to have “personal video” of the incident, which I welcomed him to keep. He then tried to deny what happened, saying the restaurant was full (it wasn’t) and that we were not turned away (we absolutely were). What began as an effort to create a teachable moment, and to ensure no one else faces this kind of discrimination, turned into an even more frustrating and disrespectful interaction. Because of the way I was treated, I will now be filing formal complaints with both the Department of Justice and the Arizona Attorney General. Attached is a photo of my service dog where we ended up dining instead—calm, well-behaved, and clearly not disruptive in any way. This experience was both upsetting and unacceptable.

This is an absolute racket of a ghost kitchen. Total bait and switch! Beware! Like six restaurants are running out of this storefront. A dasher arrived for Dessert Queen while we were there. This is store bought cheesecake (we watched him take what appeared to be frozen cheesecake and put it in the microwave) with different toppings. They gave us a wrong item by substituting cheesecake for our caramel crunch cake. Second, the blueberry cobbler cheesecake is just plain cheesecake with a couple blueberries on top. Not at all what is pictured on menu as white chocolate cheesecake with swirled in blueberry cobbler. Called and was put on hold for Manager (Amna). First she said they would not refund for wrong item. Then she argued that people like the new “recipe” of the cobbler and so I shouldn’t need a refund. I said I received a wrong item and an item that was falsely advertised. Then she said she the system would not let her refund, but she would call manager and they would refund me Sunday or Monday. No refund was given.

Stay away from this place. I went here today with my friend for my birthday, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

We ordered chicken biryani, and it came with three chicken legs with feathers still attached. When I pointed this out to the server, she seemed surprised that I was even complaining. She took my plate away and returned with only two pieces of chicken instead of three.

At the end, when I told her again that I did not have a good experience, she didn’t apologize. Instead, she said: “We don’t make the chickens!” — as if that excused serving food in such a condition. That was shockingly rude and dismissive, despite my being very polite.

I bought the dish from this restaurant, not from their “provider,” and I expect a minimum standard of quality and professionalism. Instead, my experience couldn’t have been worse, and they didn’t even pretend to try to fix it. I should add that I myself am Middle Eastern, so this isn't just some racist review. I love Arab/Middle Eastern food, but this place is terrible. I wish I'd taken photos, but you could probably see it yourself if you order the chicken biryani- the family next to me left their chichen legs untouched as well, so I don't think I was...
