Worst food ever. Worst service ever. Vanessa is the most condescending, unhelpful, useless person I have ever had the displeasure of engaging with. I ordered 2 soft taco Supreme and chips and dip. Chip and dip was fine. The soft taco made me pull over and vomit. I immediately turned around and went inside, and Vanessa met me kindly at the counter. When asked, I told her that the tacos made me sick and I would like a refund. Then Vanessa began to snap at me and said their food was fine, it's cooked every 4 hours. And I still asked for a refund. Vanessa then asked "What made you sick? Was there a smell or something because her food is perfect, it must be something you did or ate before." She blamed me, for puking up her disgusting taco. I said, the taco made ND sick. Then she got loud and Saud "Ma'am, I don't have to help you. You are not getting a refund. It's not my fault you got sick." I stated calm. I Saud "I have not eaten anything else. It's your food I'm vomiting up " Vanessa says, " OH, that's why you got sick. You should eat more. " I'm thin and Vanessa is not. She blamed me for her toxic food and then kinda if body shamed me. I said " Please do not talk to MD like a child. I know what made me sick.". Once again, Vanessa practically shouted at me "Look, I'm trying to help you. I don't have to do anything for you. Just leave. Leave znd come back tomorrow and ralk ho someone else. " I said, "Ya know.... I don't think you are trying to help. I think you're mind was made up the moment I walked in. Your defensive and ...." I never got to finish. She was yelling leave, don't come back!!!! All of that over an $8 refund. She was super nasty.... nastier than the garbage taco she made for me. Judging by her treatment of me, I wonder it she isn't spitting in food or tampering with orders, if women she doesn't personally like. She was rude, mean, condescending from the very start. Read moreSo far so good. The staff always has an amazing vibe and a chill energy. When they make a mistake or you just would like a little more.. they will happily replace it for u. We love love love taco bell and we dont get this vibe at every taco bell but this one here on grant and palo vered is amazing. Today Nick helped us out with a smile and great service, very friendly. I never hear drama when we come in, it's the complete opposite at the grant and tanque Verde location. So if I were you and you wanted to sit in and eat this store here is the one for you. Nick gets 5 stars. I gave 4 because the 2 women (a cashier and her manager) were just gossiping and staring at people. They were very nice. But that's weird. The store was clean, restrooms were clean and other then the 2 women it over all was the usual great vibe.
So this is an update. Thursday I had an appointment I needed to get to and had order a lil to late and ended up needing to leave to I did and called to let them know I had to leave and it wasnt because they were slow I just was late ordering. When I came back they had made my food all with smiles. The guy in the back put my order together fast and we left happy and satisfied with out order once again. We love taco bell and drive out the way to eat here because by far they have the best customer service out of all the taco bell's this one is killing it. I even seen them happily and respectfully help fix an other order as I waited. December 4th I'm so sad.. I went to see my now favorite employee jose and tacobell was close for remodel.. 😭😭😭😭😭 going to another tacobell is not the same smh I need my favorite store and staff back soon.. Edward, jose and everyone else... ur so amazing!!! Thank you all for alway treating...
Read moreLobby was empty when I entered. I hate the computer ordering so I went to counter. Was at counter at least five minutes without even a hello or a glance. So I used computer. Then went back up. That's when the lady took my money for the order. Door dash people came and went. Then a man came, waited at counter, didn't get help so he used computer. Then Spanish man came and they had to find Spanish speaker, and he ordered at counter. More doordash orders came and went then the other men went. Then another door dash left. All I ordered was a simple most popular combo. So I complained and they shut me down rudely. I was obviously forgotten. Then I had to wait and try to stop anyone to get my cup. I try for ice. None. So back again I have to try to get help. Then the little girl who just came to work says that ice machine doesn't work. So why did lady behind counter not offer me ice....? So I leave with a cup of ice, a separate cup with soda (she gave me a small size not the large I paid for), and a box of things falling all over the place. However, one doordash driver got a free slushy. I feel discriminated against, and treated unfairly by going inside. Then to be treated that way when it was obvious that the guys behind me with the same type of orders left first. I will never ever be back. And you probably don't care you treat your customers or your employees this way. That little tiny girl who came in close to 9pm was the only one who gave a flying F'ck.
