Jeff's Pub Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Tucson

A little frustrated over certain issues escalated for over a few years as a regular. The operation of this establishment is in the wrong hands. There's a game room with two pool tables, two online games, electronic datt board and two large screen tvs (one shows sports, the other for lottery updates). Overall, that room is in need for repairs. For example, there's a group of us (avg. six of us) coming in to enjoy a few hours of an online amusement game (Golden Tee Golf) three to five times a week. The unfortunate part is this game is only one in Tucson. The game is currently offline and needs proper maintenance. The alternative is to take a two hour trip to the Phoenix area where hundreds of locations feature this game, current updates as well. Some of us have taken that alternative before because the lack thereof. If cost is an issue then so be it. I'm sure a certain device needed attention because of a big group of people were there to get entertained and if the device did not get repaired or replaced, there goes your big group. Just the principle of keeping customers is a joke. This place has been great in the past. It's convenient, reasonable, and the staff is exceptional. The new, young, dark-haired, bartender is horrible, and did not pay attention to anyone but the guys. She had a computer register issue, but didn't tell people. She just let them stand there and wait for a beer that would never come. I'm a former bartender and I told her how to treat people to divert conflict or bad service and she had the security guards remove me and said I was causing her trouble. THAT'S how she dealt with constructive criticism. She got me 86'd from a place I've been going to since before she was born. This generation sucks. It's never happened to me. And, her service WAS horrible. They couldn't even tell me why I couldn't go back in or why I was kicked out. They didn't know. She just told them to keep me out. Food: The wings are way overcooked, but don't shoot me for that. Food there, not great. The menu is ridiculously overpriced for a sports bar landmark. Jeffs....you are not a steakhouse...stop it. Get rid of the bad servers. You're going to lose a lot of regulars because of that one, inexperienced bartender, with no...
