Los Beto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tucson

I went through the drive-thru today I clearly told her that I want five roll tacos with cheese and guacamole when I got all the way home I'm handicapped mind you I realized that she gave me the wrong order she made chips with cheese and guacamole so I called this location and I told her that she made the wrong order she never told me to bring the food back which you know I'm handicapped so it's a hassle for me to try to hold the food get back in the car and go all the way over there but I went drove all the way back over there when I got there both of the ladies proceeded to argue with me because they made a mistake they're the ones that made the wrong order when I clearly told them that I wanted five tacos with cheese and guacamole and then they proceeded to both gang up on me and yell at me saying that they needed the food back and I told them that health code policies number one they're not supposed to ask the customer for the food back especially if it's their mistake and number two she never told me on the phone they both proceeded to yell at me and argue with me and then they try to say for me not to go back to that location because they made a mistake and they were in the wrong which I know neither one of them are management and I would advise management to talk to their employees and get them under control especially when they made a mistake it doesn't say no we're on the drive-thru window if they mess up your order that you need to bring the food back and you're not supposed to ask for the food back in fast food. Because of you know it's a health code hazard because the food already went out of the business I didn't eat the food that they wanted back I just didn't bring it back with me because I threw it in the trash because it was the wrong order she didn't even give me a receipt and it doesn't say no we're on their window or their receipt that you need to return...

Hey, so I've been going here to this spot when it was an Eegee's a waaaay long time ago, and at some point it turned into a Los Betos. I dont believe Ive ever had an issue here before, and well, to be honest it wasnt me who got the issue. It was Rob. Dinner came to $16 and change, {we went through the drive thru} and after we left Rob got an alert on his phone. The charge was from Los Betos for almost $20 and then something else came up. A $100 charge on Amazon! He tried calling to talk to a manager but suddenly no one there who took our order could speak English and when asked about the $100 charge on Amazon, they would lay the phone down on the counter and talk to each other, which we couldnt understand, not because it's Spanish, but because it was muffled, then after a couple minutes they would hang up. They did this twice. A third call they just couldn't communicate with us at all even though while on the phone with them, we could hear them speaking English thru the speaker box to the English speaking customer in the drive thru. Haha It was clear as day! All the talking was done in English, while their telling Rob "No English" and hang up. Haha This issue still is not handled and this was three weeks ago. Of course now the bank is doing what they do. Thank God..

The food is good, however, and the place is clean. It's a pity this happened. I would have given it five stars but with what has happened, I am generously giving three stars and thats all based on the food. Dont really want to go somewhere, where I have to keep an eye on my bank account to keep my money safe.

I went through the drive thru first I ordered the carne asada hot Cheeto fries and a carne asada burrito for my friend. We got back to school, I opened my plate (carne asada hot Cheeto fries) and there was literally only hot Cheetos, cheese and French fries. I called to let them know the lady said for me to go back and bring the food. I drove back to the restaurant and showed her the food. I asked if she could remake the whole thing instead of just adding the meat due to the hot Cheetos and french fries already being smothered in cheese sauce and soggy. The lady asked if she could just "microwave" the food! I said "no thank you can you can you please remake them". She said yes and took the container I watched her proceed to put carne on top of the fries I gave her and put the container to the side. She returned to me at the counter and gave me a free soda and said "this is for you. Your food will be out soon". I asked if she was having them remade and informed her I just seen her put meat on top of the old ones. She said she will remake them and she started remaking them.
