Horrible experience a week ago I put in a complaint about the iced coffees I received and the lady took my name down and stated I could go back and show my ID due to me living so far I stopped by only because it was on my way home. I showed up yesterday stating to the manager I had spoke to a Hispanic woman she misunderstood and heard me say Hispanic man and stated "they don't have one of those who work here" she then repeated back to me saying you said Hispanic man right? I corrected her and said no ma'am I said Hispanic woman she then told me I was lieing to her and I was switching up the stories. I came back today and let me remind you the same lady her name is "Sherri" or something like that saw me and was being so unprofessional and said I'm not going to deal with a thief like you. I never stole anything I was just going back to get my coffees that you guys messed up on first and you told me that I could get for free. Not only was she rude but so disrespectful and humiliated me in the restaurant. Once I got back home I called again to put in a complaint but only to have her pick up the phone and say she has a photocopy of my ID in a book of people trying to do scams. I stated I was never doing a scam that I had called a week ago to put in a complaint about the coffees which was only once that they were not made correctly. She stated she gave me coffees for free multiple times. I have always paid for my coffees I never got it for free. I told her how if I never showed my ID I never gave you guys my ID first of all how would you have a photocopy? I told her I wanted HR number. She refused to give it to me. Read moreTonight this mcdonald's, for their convenience, decided to close the play place early. I came in and there were still families enjoying the play place. But I was told that me and my son could not enjoy the play place. I argued that as long as their other families in there we should be allowed to be in there as well. The lady then proceeded to go into the play place and kick everybody else out. I do believe the corporate rules state that it should be open until 9:00 and that is precisely why I came. The woman was incredibly rude and let me know that she was disgusted with the idea that I would provide feedback about my experience. She told me that was sad. We're disappointed but not heartbroken. We will be back most certainly. I do indeed think that that woman should have her behind spanked though. Metaphorically speaking, that is. I want to add that I am a customer service professional and I have been for pretty much my entire life. I know very well how to handle clients. I am 1,000% an expert in this! This woman was so incredibly rude and Unapologetic. It absolutely blew me away. Like she had no training whatsoever. One Professional to another. Had she said look, I'm tired and I want to close it down early. I'm really sorry. I would have totally understood and moved on to the next McDonald's. Instead she lied to me about everybody else leaving. They weren't. Then just to prove her own point she went in there with the utmost pride and kicked everybody out. Read moreThis has to be the most laid back McDonald to work at but it is a bit of a pain to eat here. I feel like the employees are having a good time working and wouldn't bother me whatsoever other than the fact that their fun involves yelling across the kitchen, making fun of the people, playing spy in the bathroom. Not to mention a lot of them are lazy and it's easily sectioned or "themed" shifts depending on the day. You have everyone Hispanic working on the weekends while Caucasian boy cleans restrooms and windows, during the week all guy group in the mornings opening, girls during lunch and a worn down staff that never has enough people scheduled for the weekday night. The store either doesn't have correct posted hours of operation up or they really suck at opening the place on time. They do a mediocre job at multi-tasking the online orders, uber, drive-thru and lobby all together with Drive getting priority (but thats any fast food place) They are in desperate need of some self kiosks, however until the population gets a hold of ordering on one (it's not that damn hard) and not pulling aside a worker to help touch a giant version of screens that most of them have in their pockets and use everyday then maybe it won't do them any good. idk. Also stop closing down the Mc Cafe machine early at night because you're too damn lazy to wait till closing to clean the machine and come up with some bullsh!t reason...
