The food was great as usual…once I got the correct order.

I ordered two Quesabirria tacos and a hotdog I asked for no salsa on the hot dog. When I got my order I bit into my taco and I tasted something spicy, I opened up my taco to see what was inside and it was green salsa! Never once was I asked if I wanted salsa in my taco! Every time I have ordered these tacos they have never came with green salsa (the taco doesn’t even specify green salsa as a topping on the menu board) My husband went and spoke to the RUDE cashier and told her they had put salsa, she said unfortunately if you want more you need to buy more! My husband asked again due to an error they cannot be made and no charge and she just argued around it and said I asked her if she wanted everything on them which is a complete lie. So my husband re-purchased two tacos once the order was ready she brought it to my table and I said why would I get salsa in my tacos but specifically ask for it to not be in my hotdog and she stated it again I asked if you wanted everything, I said NO YOU DID NOT! Very rude customer service and by the looks of the reviews this won’t be the first one. This has the been the worst experience I have had here hopefully there is...

I’m extremely Disappointed in this place. Usually I go there and I absolutely love the environment and the food. Today I went and placed an order, the young lady taking my order checked her phone 3 times while taking my order. I ordered my child something specific due to allergies and she misunderstood therefore my order was wrong. I asked for them to change it and she rolled her eyes and said this is what you ordered. This made me extremely uncomfortable and asked for a refund. She said no that they would just change what I got wrong(again saying I placed the wrong order). I asked again to please give me a refund and she said oh I’ll check the cameras to prove you wrong. As if I would even consider eating it still. Once she called her manager she said to another coworker we’ll just accommodate to this Karen even though she ordered it wrong. Why would I order something that would make my child sick?
