During our recent visit, my two children and I indulged in a variety of their offerings. We started with the fresh brown sugar milk, which was an absolute delight. So I used to love this place, it was actually my favorite place and I would rave about how fabulous it was and suggested everybody try it. I really thought that you know this was just a great company. Although their beverages are still amazing and incredible, there's staff at times are beyond rude and inconsiderate and don't need to have an attitude. I feel as if this company makes enough money that if a customer accidentally spills their beverage when the staff hands it to them and they're on their way out it should not be a problem to replace the beverage free of charge especially when the customer is a regular customer. It doesn't matter how good this beverage is there are plenty other tarotee companies around and I'm sure their tea is just as good and I'm even more positive that they treat their customers especially the regular customers much better and I plan to take my business there. i came here a few times already to check out on different drink and didn’t like any of them, after read a couple good reviews about this place I decided to give it a try, the place is look okay nothing impressive kind of boring Deco, drinks are very basic nothing special, not that quality like what they claimed for, I tried a fresh Taro milk tea with Taro chunk in it.and it’s extremely sweet and the fresh chunks whatever taro or something else in this drink is actually very hard to swallow it’s hurt my throat and make me cough a lot every time when i drink it, taste nothing like fresh taro some other drinks I tried before are actually not that good either just like Bing’ Boba near University , the drink here is bit pricey for the quality of it, over all it’s just a normal basic boba place like anywhere else in Tucson from the...
