Panda Express provides good nutrition at a competitive price. Even a ketogenic dieter can get a full tummy and without cheating. Just order mixed vegetables and grilled teriyaki chicken. Meals are.orderable online, via drive thru, or at the inside service line. Most online menus take a little getting used to, and they don't always give all the choices one would find inside. Diabetics, for example, have to order sugar free drinks in the special instructions space. NOT ALL servers read these, however. Bottled drinks are hard to order on line, if at all. They are most often a write in special instruction only item like the sugar free drinks. They are not a choice on most menus. Then, one has to go inside to get the order, which may not have been readied, even though already paid for. And, they have to wait. The food is hot, fresh, and amazing! Not all Pandas use the same recipes. Taste tester that I am, this is true. There are taste differences in some items between restaurants. The restaurants are all very clean, inside and out, and Covid transmission there would be difficult. Go, enjoy a guilt-free delicious meal even if you're ketoing this year. Oh yes, you need a...

This wasn’t the first time we had a bad experience but I won’t be back. My preteen went to pick up our online order but came back to the car crying and said they wouldn’t give it to her. When I went in, the lobby was empty. I was ignored and stood at the line until I was the only customer in the line and only person in the store. Four associates were standing at the line and refused to acknowledge me. I saw at the pick up area there were no orders although I received a text saying it was ready. when someone finally looked at me, I let them know I was there for a pickup… they knew. Immediately they were extremely rude and refused to give me my order since I didn’t have a confirmation number. The smallest thing to power trip on. They said I had to have my phone with me and continued to be unfriendly and demanding that they were trying to AVOID CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. What!? I didn’t have any proof with me and finally told them I was upset and this must be why my daughter was crying. Finally, someone started my order with a cold face and gave it to me saying, “here you go” I don’t know if it’s the training or management or what but by far the...

I had a terrible experience at this Panda Express. I placed a mobile order and accidentally selected the wrong pickup time — totally my mistake. I showed up early without knowing I had selected the wrong time frame and politely asked if they could go ahead and make the order since I was already there after driving over 10 minutes. Instead of offering any basic customer service or trying to help, the manager Fernando flat-out refused and told me they wouldn’t make it because I could cancel it after receiving it.

Excuse me? So instead of trusting your customers and providing good service, you’d rather cancel an order someone already paid for and went out of their way to pick up? What kind of logic is that?

I wasn’t rude. I have worked customer service before. I didn’t demand anything. I just asked if the manager Fernando could accommodate me, and instead they treated me like I was trying to scam them. Terrible attitude from Fernando, zero flexibility, and honestly a ridiculous way to treat...

I found metal in my orange chicken! DISGUSTING WORKERS AND FOOD! Went thru the drive thru and Jose was super rude! We had to pull up to the window and explained we couldn’t hear thru the speaker I’m not sure why we got treated in that manner because of their speakers…. When I called the store after finding metal in my food, Jose answered himself and said that they didn’t have any manager on duty to speak to so we told him we would call back later on. When I called back to speak to the manager she tried to say we were aggressive to her employee and we will not get our food refunded or replaced because Jose told her we treated him negatively when in fact he was treating us like garbage! She was yelling and rude. That entire staff need to be retrained in customer service! And food safety!

Went in to order a bigger plate, due to sharing it with my partner, I ordered the takeout and asked if I could have each item boxed separately. The attitude after asking this of Aidan completely changed and was visibility upset and annoyed by this. One of the mains I ordered was the string bean chicken, the bowl was almost out of items, but instead of waiting for a fresh serving bowl or asking me if I would be fine waiting, he manages to scoop the remainder of the leftover green beans with hardly any chicken in it. Disappointing for the prices. Save yourself the time and drive to another Panda Express, every time I go to this one I am always disappointed and it is clear management can care less about fixing these issues by looking at all the negative reviews recently.

I'm just leaving a review that has no negative effect on anything I paid for. This is about the fortune cookies. Which are considered a complimentary item at all Panda Express locations with the option to purchase more. Alright, so I just want to bring awareness to whoever is manufacturing the cookies to correct their job performance, because I ate two cookies and the Fortune paper inside both were torn. Now I don't mind the missing or incomplete fortune, what I do mind is the worry that I possibly ate paper, which is not harmful, yet I don't believe I need to worry about consuming paper by accident at a restaurant like Panda Express. So please, stop putting torn or ripped pieces of paper fortunes inside the fortune cookies.
