Copper Creek Center — Local services in Tucson

Was always a Home Depot girl,but finding Lowe's to be comparable in a lot of departments.I shop on line then go pick up.I like the staff in that area . Friendly. knowledgable and makes it easy and convenient to pickup or return.Plus it's on the west side of Oracle so I don't have to cross Oracle, since I come from NW side of town and don't have to deal with traffic by entering and leaving off Limberlost. Never have a problem finding staff to help ,many times they approach me. Being old helps in this case ,but they usually find out I know what I,' m looking for. I also learn from them. Have found they don't have a big selection in the tile department as their competition . Went to pick up grill. Ordered and prepaid online. Got the email it was ready. Got there. They looked in the pickup area. Not there. Gave my order number and name etc. Couldn't find on computer. Must not be ready. What?? The assemblers already went home. At 1PM?? And they don't work weekends... Had to wait for Dominique as she knows how to run the computer. ?? Long story short. 1 hour, 45 minutes later, the grill was miraculously found, already assembled and loaded. First time, EVER, having issues with Lowe's. Will still shop at Lowe's, just...

I went to Lowe's I needed parts to repair my toilet and a trainee was very helpful. Even if it wasn't his department he helped me anyway. At Home Depot if you're not a contractor it's hard to get any help. It's as if they get a commission on sales. I actually asked for help and waited in the aisle but before he got to me a contractor asked for help and he helped him. Then came to me. This has happened to me many times that's why I only shop at Lowe's. They seem to care about the customer not how much they will spend....
