Panda Express — Restaurant in Tucson

I understand the social distancing because if the Corona Virus but 1 person in the restaurant at a time when there was a few groups of 2-4 is a bit excessive. Then no vegetarian options for entrees isn't good either. Basically if yuh our vegetarian don't go to Panda Express. So my vegetarian wife was stuck with the steamed veggies and noodles. Then the lady than rang up my order only rang up noodles when I specifically asked for a plate with noodles and veggies. I get a box of noodles and no veggies. I let them know hey I was supposed to have a plate with noodles and veggies. The lady that gave me our food took the noodles to correct the issue and brings back a box of just veggies. I try to get her attention and I'm told to hold on. Now mind you we all are standing outside in 100°+ temperatures. So I wait and after almost 10 min I tell the same lady that "fixed" the issue last time that this still wasn't right. She then tells me that I didn't pay for veggies and noodles. I told her that's not my problem if it was wrong up wrong. I told the cashier what I needed and she wrung it up. So after about 5 min of back and forth she finally gives me a box of noodles to go with the veggies that should have been a plate. Fast forward to getting home to eat. 2 of the sauces that were asked for were not in our bag. I also got the veggies as my side and both of us agree that the broccoli tasted really off. We showed up at their drive-thru w/ 2 cars befpre Us, at 936pm- on a Saturday night, thinkingbthat they did not close until 1100 or Midnight... (But apparently THIS location specifically Closes at 1000pm on Weekends!) Idk what all the 2 cars in front of Us ordered, but My Son & I literally ended up waiting OVER 10min before it was Our turn to order... However, other than that though, as soon as I ordered, they Very easily could have refused to make anymore of the Pepper Steak, but instead the cook dropped the pepper steak w/No issue or problems & Kindly told Us it was foing to be a boit a 10min wait! We then, pulled around after paying, waited the 10min exactly, when the drive thru lady came out the front & gave Us our meals which DID HAVE NOT ONLY OUR ORDER IN IT, BUT ALL 3 WERE ALSO: CORRECTLY MADE & They HAD included the extra soy sauce, chili paste, & utensils that I had Originally asked for as well!!! They were All Very Friendly & made it a pleasurable experience, even with All of the Waiting!!! Will go back 💯%!!! Took my youngest here two nights ago. We went inside instead of the drive-thru even though it didn't look like there was a line. My daughter likes to see the food even though she always orders the same 🤣. Shortly after we stepped in another child from my daughter's school and their parent showed up so we got a little distracted. As always the food was delicious. We got the food to go and I did find a few issues when we got home. I will admit partly my fault because I didn't fully pay attention to everything and expected what I ordered to be what was put in the container. We got the bigger plate. We ordered half-and-half with two mushroom chicken and one honey shrimp. The lady even repeated it back to me but then I believe somebody else actually filled the order. For sides we got the teriyaki chicken, 1 egg roll, spring rolls, apple rolls, add crab puffs. The only issue with that was I had asked for a couple of the apple rolls and only got 1. I didn't get a picture of the drinks but we got the watermelon mango. They had a cute little panda in a takeout container package at the checkout and we couldn't resist buying it.
