This place is not worth the price. We have ordered a couple times on doordash from them and every time the food is meh. It cost $80 on doordash to eat here for 3 people. The serving sizes are pretty small. An appetizer costs $8-$9 and is split in packaging with another one. Which is great for the environment but not for my pocket. The appetizers are the best thing on their menu. The fries were soft and soggy, the boneless wings were overcooked and essentially just Tysons chicken bites tossed in sauce. The ranch is awful btw for all you ranch lovers out there. Overall, it's edible but not the place to go for wings.

Wing factory used to be my favorite wing spot, I’ve been going here for years! but now it’s time to find a new wing spot. Today 6/12/22 I ordered a 25 piece bone in wing for $33 and some change and every wing and drum was TINY! Very disappointing supposed to be dinner for 2 and it’s more of an appetizer then anything. Total Waste of money! Their foods gone down hill very quickly. I’ve been here at least 50+ times. This Last time I’ll be supporting this business.

Hands down my FAVORITE wing place in town. Good selection of flavors and beer! Plenty of other food for the non-wing people. Locally owned and operated, most of the time you will see either Sunny or/and Jay there, welcoming you with a warm smile. Always a pleasure.

I'm sorry to say but I think all of the people who have rated this prior to my visit March 26th 2018 we're paid employees or dogs.. sorry people this was one of the grossest wing restaurant locations I have ever been to in my entire life.

I chose this location because their webpage actually showed appealing and decent size in bone wings however, when we arrived at the restaurant and ordered the in bone Wings they came out over cooked. The wings had very little meat which was over cooked, with the consistency of cardboard. I just simply cannot describe how horrible the meal was.

My gf and i just gave up eating and left the restaurant and threw away $27 worth of food, not worth giving the food to a homeless person, as I would not want to make them sick.

The location was filthy dirty and had a very heavy odor of urine in the bathroom.

I honestly wanted to leave immediately after I washing my hands but I had already ordered our food and I felt reluctant to walk out.

The staff was matter of fact when I asked a few simple questions. The cook was dirty, clothes were disgusting, the cook after making our food, was now mopping the floor with a filthy mop when I walked back to wash my hands to leave.

I'm just grossed out.......... ☹🤐😕😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷.

At the end of the day this is a location that I will strongly urge all people to avoid at all costs.

I do not have good words for this location not one. I visited the location on March 26th of 2018, arrived 7 p.m.

I have read most of the reviews I truly do believe that any of the positive ones are...

Our new fav wings spot in Tucson!

(Let me paint a picture for you)

(smiling)

I am from San Fernando Valley, known locally as "The Valley" is an urbanized valley in Los Angeles County.

I have only been in Tucson for 12 weeks. It's been a little difficult finding good food spots.

Our favorite wings in LA is, legendary Hot Wings Cafe on the world famous Melrose Ave and La Brea in Hollywood, if it’s on Melrose, it has to be trendy (smiling) you will see a ton of professional athletes, a ton of celebrities just seat there eating hot wings.

The notoriety of Hot Wings Cafe took off because of the L A rap scene, Hot Wings Cafe is one the premiere after hours spot if you didn't go to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, you went to Hot Wings Cafe.

(Wing Factory Tucson)

My wife and I were jonesing bad for some hot wing. We decided to try the Wing Factory on East Golf Links.

We were blown away with the awesome customer service and friendly staff and nice cold draft beers as we waited for our wings.

I felt like I was in a episode of Star Trek using the transporter (smiling) "dematerialization" from Tucson, "beaming" and "rematerialization" back in L.A! (lol)

Hands down one of the best wings I've ever had but what makes the Wing Factory in Tucson, so much more unique they have fried pickles!

You can't go wrong with the Wing Factory! My new favorite wing...

am a huge foodie. Love all cultures of food, and go out to eat at least three times a week every week. One of my pet peeves is when a place closes early. I walked into wing factory at 7:20pm. It was empty. Never a good sign. The owner yelled across the room and asked do you have a pick up. I loved the immediate acknowledgement but stull don't think it is appropriate to yell across the room empty or not. He said they close at 7:30. This is way to early to close. I asked why and he did give me a good answer. Hard to find employees. I asked why is that an issue in Tucson as it is not the case in most of the test of america. From there I can tell that he was racist because he stated that mexicans are being shot. This is true and an unfortunate case which needs an immediate resolution. However as a business owner you have to find ways to reach out and find solutions. Safety is number one. Customer Service is number two in successful business. This location does not have it. In my opinion the best tasting wings and great customer service goes to magpies. Please do not give a place like this that is clearly racist and does not pit customer service first. A correct response from an owner should be. I am so sorry we are closing early due to staffing and would like to extend our service to you in the future. They do not do this. They have lost true...
