If you want a refund for food/drink you paid for and didn't receive prepare to be verbally abused! I ordered online, but they got the order wrong and in addition shorted me a cookie and a drink. I caught the missing cookie, which they then provided, but it wasn't until I got home that I realized it didn't have my cola. I called immediately and asked for a credit back to my credit card for the cola. They couldn't do it, but said the manager would call the next day. I waited and she didn't call, so I called the store and was told the manager had left for the day. I asked for my refund to be credited back to my credit card and was told they didn't know how to do that and that the manager would call me. She didn't call. I called the owner's office. The manager finally called me. She said she couldn't do the refund to my credit card saying it was over 24 hours. I pointed out that it wasn't over 24 hours. Then she said refunds were done through another company. Apparently, she didn't know who to contact or how to process the refund back to my credit card. She told me to drive back to Subway and they would give me a cash refund. She said she would leave a note for the employees and that I just needed to give them my name. A couple of days later I drove to the drive through window and was promptly yelled at for not leaving an order over the speaker and told I would have to drive back to the end of the line. I explained I was there for my refund. I was yelled at again and told I would have to drive around to the front of the store and park because the yeller, who later identified herself as Brooke, said she would have to call the manager before she could refund any money. I explained that the manager had left a note. Brooke left the window and returned with my refund and said, "You have to leave now. There are cars behind you." I was polite to her, but she was very snippy and extremely rude to me. I asked her if she could give the manager a message, but she just told me to leave. I tried to tell her the message, but each time I tried to talk to her she would cut me off mid-sentence. She was extremely rude and verbally abusive. I couldn't give her the message. I called the manager, but couldn't get through to her. I called the owner's office and was told the owner and the area manager would call me. It has been a week and no one called. I accommodated Subway by making the extra trip there to get my refund since they apparently didn't know how to provide the refund back to my credit card. My reward for accommodating Subway, was to be railed on and verbally abused. They don't even deserve the one star. I suggest they record their employees so they will hear their employees when they are rude, snippy, bossy,...
Read moreI placed an order online. The order somehow got canceled, but the money was taken out of my account. I drove to the store, and went to the drive thru window directly because I have laryngitis (not contagious) and I wouldn’t be able to speak clearly enough for the intercom. Immediately a woman said to me not to ever go straight to the window, that I had to order on the intercom. I started to explain my situation when she interrupted me making weird facial gestures to make it claar that she was annoyed with me. I explained how I ordered online and my order had been cancelled but that the money was taken out, to which she very rudely informed me that it would be 24 hours to go back into my account. I said to her that i understood that they may be having a difficult day, but that they didn’t have to be disrespectful. She raised her voice and once again making faces said that she wasn’t being disrespectful. I replied that I felt she was treating me poorly, and suddenly she started mimicking me while making her voice to sound as my voice sounds. She made me feel terribly, there’s no need to humiliate me the way she did. I understood the situation and wasn’t being rude about it, I mean is not her fault that the app cancelled my order, and she seemed to be more upset by me than I was about the situation. I will not be returning to that Subway, I mean; they probably don’t really care if I do, but I wanted to express how bad my experience was. I truly hope that this woman’s day gets better because she was...
Read moreMe and my buddy where at this location on 8-25-18. Man what a bad experience and this was the first drive thru subway I had been to in my 36 years. OK me and my friend went half on a sub and ordered a foot long. We got home opened the subs wrapper and there was a long hair on the sub. Thank God we didn't eat it first. Well we call the store spoke with a female manager and told her we found a long hair in our food, she was apologetic and we worked out that on returning back to store we would get two foot longs for the inconvenience and the find. Well wen we get to the location the manager is gone and the two ladies working give us a bad attitude. They wouldn't acknowledge me or my friend and refused to make the two subs when we were already in agreement. We left with a sub with a hair in it and was pissed naturally. We took pics and a video and then call the subway customer line. I explained all to the person creating my profile for my grievance and was told 72 hours the owner would call to make this right. Well 72 hours was on the 7-27-18 today is 7-31-18 and no one has called. So in total at this location I was served a nasty long hair in my sub then I was lied to drove back got attitude instead of our food and was never compensated for sub or for this awful experience. So disappointed been loving subway sense before $5 dollar foot long craze. Now I'm lost for words on the food preparation and the customer service and the lack of ergancy to resolve this situation. 0 stars...
