Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

I'm from the east coast originally and am a huge pizza fan, I used to try lots of pizza places! I was looking for a quality pizza pie here in tucson and I remembered that me and my friends used to order papa John's and enjoyed it quite a bit. After trying a few other pizza parlors I found myself a online COUPON, opened up my internet browser and made a custom order (they have an awsome website). The staff handled my custom website order quick and efficently providing me with the extra garlic sauce that I ordered(it's the bomb)! Upon receiving my pizza in around a half hour from ordeing(on a Friday!)I dug right in! I was really impressed with the quality of the pizza the dough is soft and very high quality tasting and the sauces and cheeses are pretty darn good as well! So I would have to say that I now have a new favorite pizza parlor here in Tucson and it's a chain restaurant to boot, ! Not that there's anything wrong with chains I just Dident expect my FAVORITE pizza to come from one. So needless to say Papa johns has quickly cooked and delivered, high-quality pizza's for one and all everyone to enjoy!! I would highly reccomend papa John's for your pizza needs! I had placed an online order shortly thereafter I had called into the store and spoke with the manager on duty Avery, I asked him if they could possibly take the palm twists out of the oven just a few minutes early because they always come out too dark and too crunchy for my two and three-year-old. Keep in mind this was just moments after I had placed my order, he tells me oh sure I could have done that but it's already come out of the oven Don't worry they're not too dark, upon receiving them I find that they are much too dark and my kids won't even touch them. I then call back in and speak with Avery asking him if he was able to replace the order of bread twists, he tells me he is not willing to do that that I would have to call in and speak to a completely different manager for that and then he proceeds to tell me I shouldn't be upset because I only paid $1 for my order, apparently forgetting that the store credit I had paid with was earned from ordering pizza previously so sure I got that order with a very low cost but I had paid for multiple orders before that to get it. He was very rude he was condescending he was presumptuous and in all honesty I dare say he was entitled. Over an hour waiting for two large cold pizzas. I ordered pizza, and delivery, expecting a decent wait anyway as it was estimated to take 27 minutes. When it seemed the driver was approaching, although ithe online tracker still insisted they were dropping off another order before mine, I promptly went outside for a smoke. I saw the car which has just dropped off my pizza drive right past, stop for a while. She did not get out. She did not knock. I waited a while longer outside because I ordered delivery, specifically because I am in extreme pain today from head to toe and it especially hurts to walk, or stand. I waited a.while and had a great conversation on the phone with someone at the store who directly lied to me and who told me the manager's solution was to "have your phone on you this time." Actually its been a long day for me, and I ordered DELIVERY, my home is hard to find but we have hanging lights in our patio and I was smoking outside, waiting for the delivery when there was.no concern to even TRY TO FIND ME.
