Came through the Drive Thru on Sunday evening. 12/05/21. Young lady outside taking order and payment was okay, however, no receipt given nor was I asked if I would like one. Get to the pick up window and they try to shuttle you through as fast as they can without providing an excellent experience for the customer! I was handed my drinks and food and I had to ask the employee for my receipt before she ran away. She asked me if it was in my bag. I looked and it wasn't. Then they had to call for a manager to find me my receipt apparently. Call me old school but I like to see a breakdown of what I was charged for. All customers should be given a receipt or asked if they would like one. Meanwhile the line was about a mile long behind me and this took a few extra minutes to get a receipt. Should have taken 2 seconds and be common practice. After that I had to ask for ketchup because none was given in our bag and nobody asked me if I would like any. The employee working the window seemed annoyed at my requests. They sure want your money quick though and keep jacking up the prices. To put the icing on the cake, our Caniac combo meal was missing a chicken finger. Suppose to have 6 and only 5. I have had problems with this location before. This might have been the last straw. I will take my money where it's appreciated.

Nice place with good food. The real treat here is the level of customer service. The staff is always cheerful, friendly and inviting. The lot sucks, often people exiting the drive thru will mistakingly exit to the east and attempt to go north in the dedicated south bound only lanes. Proper signage is desperately needed to address this issue before people get killed. Rather I get a x3 piece or a x6 piece chicken I only get x1 cup of sauce, but for $0.30 cents more I can get additional sauce. Truthfully if l buy twice as much chicken I should get twice as much sauce without being punished by having to pay extra. It's the sole reason I no longer partake in any business with Cane's. Seriously, get a clue and stop ripping me off over .30 cents to fulfill your greed-flation needs.

First time visit to a Raising Cane’s. I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich and after consulting their menu, it seemed it would be representative of the restaurant as it is made with three fingers and the secret sauce. It was all quite good and I was satisfied after my meal. I did notice two of the fingers had a bit of cartilage on the edge, which is no big deal but given that chicken fingers are the flagship product it was a bit unexpected. I guess that’s a good thing, kinda like “Hey, these are real olives, and yeah, real olives have pits!” :-) Store was clean. Service correct. Prices typical of today’s fast food joints.

Very disappointed in how this shift was ran and if what the crew member told my husband was true then the whole store needs retraining. I came tonight specifically because my sons school was having a fund raising event. I placed my order on the mobile app for a CURBSIDE pickup which indicated on the website that all I needed to do was proceed to a designated parking spot and click I'm here and a member of the team would run out my order to me.... you know like every other restaurant. I placed my order for a 4:30 pick up time and arrived at 4:31. I noticed another car parked in the curbside parking that was empty and then a family came out with their order but I figured they must have done the pick up option where you go in and pick it up yourself. After waiting 10 minutes I told my husband to go inside because I thought maybe they were having issues with their app working. Culvers suggest calling because sometimes their app is wonky because that has happened to me there before. My husband goes in and the staff member told him "no....our curbside works like you park in that spot and come get it yourself".....um what? No no it does not. Either Charlie is running her shift incorrectly or the whole store needs to be re educated on what the difference of customer in store pick up and curbside mean. Much rather have just donated all the money to my kids school instead of wasting it on this sloppy service. Thanks for the soggy food and poor customer service. I...

I went for lunch on the run yesterday afternoon and it was not worth the price. Here is the breakdown:

Empty drive-thru, prompt service but I should have taken it as a sign Ample free and empty parking lot, should have been my second sign to keep on driving Ordered the 1st combo (4 chicken fingers, a piece of bread, crinkled fries, coleslaw, sauce and a drink). I opted for no coleslaw and was offered extra fries or extra sauce, I chose extra fries. The chicken fingers are tenders that fried and the ones that I got were not thoroughly cooked. Two of the four were pink in the center, so I only had two. Two bland, fried tenders. The sauce is like a combination of ranch, ketchup and something else and it was the best part of my meal. The bread was soggy and buttered, but good and soft. It obviously was over buttered or had been lying out for a while before being ordered. The crinkled fries were perfectly made, minimal grease/oil, perfectly salted but were 3/4 of the meal (yes, I ordered extra fries instead of the coleslaw). The sweet tea was perfectly sweetened and not overpowering, so that was great. One napkin was provided which truly made me LMFAO.

Will I go back? If I'm starving and there is nothing else around then I will return for the crinkled fries and some of that...
