When I arrived to pick up my order I approached the window like it says to do on the website. When the employee opened the window she immediately reprimanded me for not stopping at the drive-thru window and letting them know that I had arrived. She explained that it would save her the trouble of having to walk and get my order if I would let her know that I was here. I didn't respond because I thought that it was rude and that asking me to wait behind others who are placing their order defeats the purpose of ordering online.
Once she had given me my order I thanked her. Apparently she didn't hear me because as I drove off I heard her say, "You could say okay or thank you or something!" I drove back through the drive-thru window to address her because I thought that her behavior from start to finish had been extremely rude. I thought she should know. She told me that she felt ignored and that because of that she felt justified in trash talking me to her employees while I could still hear her. She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her that she should attempt to set a better example for her employees. Her name was Karina.
I understand that we have bad days but speaking to someone like that from start to finish is unacceptable. There was not one pleasant aspect to that entire interaction.
Not only that, when I opened my order I discovered that my cup had been dropped and instead of replacing it and giving me a new one they simply set my damaged cup inside of another one. Again the entire experience...
Read moreOther reviews were right. Food was borderline inedible. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. I asked to substitute blue cheese for ranch, which they did, but the buffalo sauce was DISGUSTING. It was pretty much straight vinegar.
With a simple menu and easy ingredients, that kind of mistake is upsetting. I understand it’s a new location with new employees, and maybe I would dismiss it in the first couple weeks of opening, but not after they’ve been open for a few months.
As a past food industry worker, I’m usually pretty gentle with these kinds of reviews. But I saw four employees chatting and relaxing when things are going wrong, that rubs me the wrong way.
It’s unsettling that management has read all these bad reviews since they’re opening and has done nothing to correct the issues.

Read moreThey were accomodating enough when i asked for recommendations on grain free & dairy free, like giving me avocado instead of cheese, but i asked them if any of their protein sources are organic, they didn't know. I asked are any of the meats hormone free antibiotic free, their shipments dont tell them. So i asked for tofu, which they forgot to put on my Autumn salad. I drove back to tell them they forgot it, and to let them know the Brussels sprouts didn't taste good (i can make better at home), so they re-made it for free, but they weren't doing their job right in the first place. I work drive-thru at Starbucks, I'm used to overly specific orders, so my requests weren't unreasonable, and these workers were flakey. They don't disclose ingredients of salad dressing, so they may have hydrogenated oils, or gawd knows...
