I recently visited a Subway location near my hotel with the intention of purchasing a meatball sub. Upon entering, I was surprised when an employee, who was not even behind the counter at the time, quickly dismissed my request and refused to assist me. Feeling unwelcome, I decided to leave.
However, as I stepped outside, the same employee followed me out, stating that I was not allowed to be on the premises because I had not made a purchase—despite the fact that she had denied me the opportunity to do so. She then approached my boyfriend, who was waiting on one of the benches eating his food, and escalated the situation by threatening to call the police if we did not leave immediately.
This behavior was both unprofessional and unacceptable. It left me feeling as though I was being targeted, potentially due to racial discrimination or other personal biases. Such conduct not only creates a hostile environment for customers but could also harm the reputation and profitability of this location. I believe this employee's approach to customer service does not align with Subway's standards and may discourage other patrons from returning. I would not recommend going here while that lady is working she has a lot of personal issues that she should avoid bringing to the job she choose to be...
Read moreIf I can rate my experience a zero I would. The worst service I have ever experienced. First of all The difference between The service provided to my family and myself compared to the other customers was beyond obvious. The worst thing is that it was the supervisor herself Christina that set the example to her fellow co-workers. From the very start It bothered her to heat the meats and toast it, it bothered her to add beacon And extra cheese as if we weren’t paying extra. The sandwiches were as sloppy As the workers not appetizing. And as if that wasn’t enough Neither the supervisor nor the cashier were wearing mask nor gloves when handling my meals. And just when I though this nightmare was over she yelled at us from across the restaurant whileTending to other customers already for our form of payment because she had to get change for us. That was sooo unprofessional and very disrespectful. Our food is not given to us for free we are paying for our food and our service. And after 15 years And minimum 3x a week going to this subway on broadway and alvernon not even being first time customer we deserve this service. It’s not the first time. It’s been every time since Christina has been there. I’d rather go an extra mile to avoid seeing Christina and her...

The Sandwich maker named Jerry sees me and addresses this incident by saying "uhh sir, that's not water.." I turn back and replied with "your right, it's sprite." He then repeated the words "thats not water" and then says "so that'll be coming out of my paycheck.." now reader why would I care? That's a problem between boss and employee. Nor do you use that as a guilt trip your gonna make to the dude who paid 58 bucks...highly unprofessional and just rude. But jerry just walks around the corner not knowing any of this and I give him a...
